| Aug 22 17:22:00 | Escape from Flatland: an Adventure of Two Dimensions | How do I get the social part to work? Does it write something on my wall or what? | |
| Aug 22 19:24:00 | 2h 02m | Bubba's Escape | It's kinda hard to tell what order to play the levels in, is it left to right or top to bottom? Besides that it's a good game. Gave up at the level in the screenshot. |
| Aug 22 20:28:00 | 1h 04m | Escape Run | I couldn't unzip the source

Archive: game1_erko_src.zip
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of game1_erko_src.zip or
game1_erko_src.zip.zip, and cannot find game1_erko_src.zip.ZIP, period. |
| Aug 23 00:55:00 | 4h 27m | Fred the Astro-Miner | I'm on linux and I can't execute the binary, and there's no makefile so I have no idea how to compile it. I have SDL installed. |
| Aug 23 04:29:00 | 3h 34m | [ESC]'s Escape | On some computers, (like mine) the escape key doesn't always register correctly on the game unless I click a mouse button simultaneously. An escape key may be asthetically good, but some systems won't work with it.
Besides that, it's a fun little game. |
| Aug 23 17:09:00 | 12h 40m | Flashlight Runner | 46 seconds, and I concur with JohanAR about the first jump. |
| Aug 23 17:16:00 | 7m 00s | pblob | Fun game, but I think I found a glitch. On the level that has an unreachable blue spot with blocks on all sides, I got stuck in there somehow. |
| Aug 23 17:27:00 | 11m 00s | Escape from Browser Stability | Fun game, the graphics are pretty amazing.
It works great in the webkit based browser named surf. The game is kind of resource hungry though. |
| Aug 23 18:31:00 | 1h 04m | Ball Escape | Fun game, I like the mechanics of it.

It's kind of hard to tell that that 1px black line on the side of the screen is a hole.
And it's a bit frustrating that the ball can't orbit a green dot into the hole, but has to bounce into it, this sort of thing should be explained or something.

Love the Linux support, with 2 binaries even. Wow. :D |
| Aug 23 19:53:00 | 1h 22m | ""Escape the Flood 3D"" | @matthias_zarzecki: It just runs slow on my computer, so I have plenty of time, too bad it's too slow. |
| Aug 23 22:52:00 | 2h 59m | 26 Prisoners | This is a great game. Love the game mechanics especially. Very polished. |
| Aug 23 23:09:00 | 17m 00s | Hello?? | Fun game. The ending was great. I can't help but thinking it would have been funner though to figure out the commands and type them rather than punch a number. |
| Aug 24 04:38:00 | 5h 29m | Vector Dash | I never actually played the game, but I watched a video about it. |
| Aug 24 04:45:00 | 7m 00s | Flee your Fate | I don't think your windows version works. |
| Aug 24 05:28:00 | 43m 00s | GTFO - The Game | Awesome, it's really well done. But after 4 or 5 levels, I got errors and had to close the game. |
| Aug 24 05:38:00 | 10m 00s | Flee Buster | At first I thought that you wanted to avoid the tokens. Because of the sound they made and that what looked liked the health bar shrunk when you touched them. Lol. Besides that, Great game! |
| Aug 24 21:42:00 | 16h 04m | Escape from Pleasure Resort | Very well done. The Albert Einstein quote was a nice touch. |
| Aug 24 22:08:00 | 26m 00s | Stormcrow | Like the control mechanism. :D |
| Aug 25 03:08:00 | 5h 00m | Captain Starfire's Great Escape! | Nice game. I liked how you wrote the message in text and even managed to make it look like there was intereference. :D

Yeah, I looked at your code. The problem you're having with the bullets is the thing about the trig with the atan2 and the sin and cos, but also that the last two parameters of constructing an entity is an int which isn't as accurate for this sort of thing as a double would be. Here's my attempt to implement using sin and cos so that you get a constant speed despite the mouse's location:

double t_angle = -Math.atan2(destX-startX, destY-startY) + Math.PI / 2;
entities.add(new EntityBullet(startX + 20, startY + 20, (int) (600 * Math.cos(t_angle)), (int) (600 * Math.sin(t_angle)))); |
| Aug 26 17:19:00 | 38h 11m | Self Destruct: Activated | Loved the particle effects. |
| Aug 27 03:23:00 | 10h 04m | Prelude of the Chambered | Great game, but the ice looks a bit too much like water. I didn't know what it was till I got the skates. :D |
| Aug 31 21:58:00 | 114h 35m | Eggscape | Innovative gameplay mechanic. Very interesting. |
