82 secs... A friend made 120.
46 seconds, and I concur with JohanAR about the first jump.
How long do you have to run to escape?
80 years!
Neat. especially the evilness of not actually seeing the ground :-)
I missed the first jump like 20 times in a row, then got 50 seconds. Hehe. The "see all past players" was cool, but since they weren't distinct from me, they started to really confuse me and I had to restart.
43 seconds. I don't have much to add that hasn't been said already, maybe a yellow tint to the current flash light to differentiate the player from the previous shadows.
Pretty simple and fun concept. I'll echo other comments and say that the difficulty progression was backwards (the first jump was the hardest) and that seeing my previous runs though made it so confusing I had to reload the page.
Very clever, regardless.
The view from previous runs is cool, but after a bunch get stacked it can get confusing. I like the simple mechanic.
The darkness is an interesting twist - being unable to see the platform you are jumping off makes this much more stressful than a standard one-button jumping game.
It's fun going for a run with your past self.
Nice mechanic, does make for a tense take on what would otherwise be a predictable game. Not sure it really says "escape" to me.
At first I didn't know what to do. Then I just got to 42 seconds...
