Just have to play a game about ducks. Love the level design, they're not as easy as they look xD
Love the world you've created, shame it took so long to download (worth it though ).
I got jump scared by an orc, thanks for that :joy: I enjoyed this, a sensitivity option would have been good however, as I found myself spinning uncontrolably to begin with. Sacrificed my right eye and half the screen went black, that was pretty cool
I made a bridge out of myself and it was beautiful, what more is there to say :P
@zanagi Thanks for your feedback, I'm currently uploading a quick video if you're curious on how the rest of the game plays out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4otxOLvN-I
Also regarding the command stacking, I feel that it would be hard to implement anything other than the jump -> stop.
@pxlucasf I can't believe that we overlooked something so basic as a restart command, as there's some time left in the jam I might just quickly fix that.
I agree with your comment on the overall art, we got fustrated at modelling & texturing so left it with placeholders and focussed on gameplay.
We'll iron out all of these things post-jam though, and thanks alot for your detailed critical feedback!
@thomas-lacroix Glad to see you enjoyed the game. The levels are definitly not setup as a decent difficulty curve which needs to be addressed post-jam. That restart command is getting added ASAP, it's crazy to think we missed something like that out, although I'll just blame sleep deprivation :joy:
Also, 'syop' and 'jmup' have also brought me to tears testing this game...
@carbonara Yeah the learning curve at the moment is completely off :joy: Hopefully once we've re-done the physics side of things we can redo the levels in a way to make it less jarring. Thanks for trying out our game :D
@clerg0 I'll look into the music problem for future versions. Thanks for playing & leaving feedback
Life lesson learnt - Don't put your arm into mysterious objects..
Any game with a grab/throw mechanic like that has already won me over. The art's really cute and well-made. Running around spamming grab/throw created an unstoppable tornado which was beautiful
Those sneaky little guys getting past me focussing on the big ones, how dare they... Nice game, good excuse just to obliterate a bunch of zombies trying to storm MY castle!
Some variation in gun audio migth have been nice though :)
Good fun, audio didn't work for me but I still enjoyed throwing the meeples into the big fiery pit! Nice consistant art style and very fitting to the theme
10/10 would throw baby again :joy:
