The Bubble by Alink 2013-12-18T16:27:00
Pretty fun! And pretty hard!
Had some very tense moments guiding that bubble, haha.

Pretty fun! And pretty hard!
Had some very tense moments guiding that bubble, haha.
The game is at least interesting. The intro is pretty cool, actually.
But the graphics are not that great. It's hard to know if a tile is walkable or not.
And the lack of audio really harms the mood.
At first, I tried to play on Firefox. Every time I opened the game, I fell through a wall or died for no reason.
Then I opened it on Chrome and it worked fine.
I had a lot of fun with this game. Pretty cool concept and pretty challenging gameplay (maybe just a little too much).
I also enjoyed the music very much.
Overall 3/5.
Some interesting precise clicking action here!
Also, I gave you a theme 5/5 for the meta theme.
Y u so hard to catch fish!
I loved the art style. Very simple and cute!
Also, I loved the music. Speaking of which, is there any way I can get that music?
The sfx are good, do what they're supposed to do and fit the mood.
The game itself is very addicting. There are a lot of platform games that use this kind of mechanic where you have two control two or more characters at the same time, but I have never seen such a clever use of this idea.
The graphics look pretty cool! I specially liked the parallax backgrounds.
I usually don't like procedurally generated music, but I think in this case it makes the game more charming.
Overall, a pretty fun game!
@Pickle: Hey, thanks for playing! I've just fixed that annoying bug! Yeah, the AI is pretty dumb, really.
@jsjwooowooo: I've fixed that GUI bug you guys mentioned! Thanks!
@TheSnide: Yeah, it doesn't seems to work on FF for some reason. I'll see if I can fix that...
@Lyje: Thanks man! I've fixed that.
@lasagnegames: Thanks for poiting the solution out! I've totally spaced on that...
@Pixelfan Games: Glad you liked the music! That bug is now fixed.
@jdpalmer: Thanks! I've never heard of that game. I'll take a look into that...
@Nikteddy92: What do you mean???
@Alink: Thanks! Yeah, I might include that in a post-compo version...
@van noctar: Thanks! Oh, BTW, the two players are intended to have the same item, I don't know if you get it XD
@sknoslo: Thanks! Yeah, the AI is indeed stupid.
@jacklehamster Really?! Well, guess what, I actually made this in under 7 hours. I spent all the rest of the 72h having bad game ideas and trashing them.
Haha, very cool!
The graphics are good.
The sfx are a bit annoying.
The name parodies are hilarious.
And I suck at this game bad as I suck at soccer IRL.
The graphics are good and the music... is AMAZING.
But there are a lot of collision bugs and the game is quite confusing.
Haha, it's funny to see that chubby guy running!
The collision detection is a bit off, and the game starts to really slowdown after some time.
The graphics and the music are good, although the music gets too repetitive after some time.
Overall 4/5.
Cool idea, but maybe the torch is kinda too crappy?
It was really frustrating trying to navigate through the maze without seeing anything.
Very fun little game!
The difficulty curve is a little weird tho.
Some levels are too hard, some too easy, in no specific order (apparently).
Also, the lack of audio is kinda annoying.
Overall 4/5.
It's very complicated and hard to understand.
In fact, I still don't know how to play it =P
Should have a tutorial.
The clearly procedurally generated music is kinda annoying, but still better than having no sound.
Very fun (and difficult)!
Also, the graphics looks pretty cool!
The only complain I can make is about the lack of music. It would really help creating a nicer mood.
Very nice graphics and music!
I specially liked the minimalism of the music. Just some background noises and a piano. It creates a nice tension atmosphere while not distracting the player.
What bothered me about the text is that, no matter the size of the phrase, it seemed to scroll at the same speed, what doesn't makes much sense.
Now I freaking NEED to know who is the monster!
The pixel art here is great! And the dynamic lightining just makes it better!
The music gets annoying after 4 or 5 loops.
A game breaking bug occured to me, but only once.
The game is very hard!
"The target is left! Female! I can see him. The target is right! The target is right! The target is left! The target is dressed in white. The target is on the floor undefined"
- Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!
Had a great time playing this game. I'll miss my girlfriend. And my dog...
The sfx are annoying.
The lack of save points makes the game very hard.
But I liked it, overall.
Very enjoyable to play.
The music is very relaxing and really helps you get in the mood.
It took me some time to understand how to make friends.
The physics and the way the other squares move just perfectly match what they're trying to ilustrate.
This game really makes you stop and think for a while...
Overall 4/5 and 5/5 mood.
Very very cool game!
My highscore is currently 143 =P
It took me a while to figure out how to control the game. Using the mouse kinda sucks. Maybe the arrow keys would be better?
Also, why it doesn't work on other browsers? It should work on Opera, at least, as it uses the same rendering engine as Chrome and the same Javascript engine (V8).
