I'm really confused. So i guess it is a good lovecraftian game. I like that you have to look at the shapes of the Traps to figure out what they are made of. But I still have no idea what I am doing. Some kind of Goal would be nice. The Sprites and animations look good.

Numbers go up. I brought everything to max level and still don't know how to extract Cores. You don't really have to do anything after the second level. Just buy all ships and all drills and click on the ship on the right, it always has better prices. Kind of an idle game. (not that that is a bad thing i'm just not sure if that was your intention)

So I just finished the game and had a blast. Wonky physics are always fun. But what is this in the comments about being able to drag the animals around? That can't be true since then i would not have needed to suffer as much in Level 4.

Looks great, I think the stearing should be inversed when driving backwards but that makes it a bit more challengin i guess. Not sure if "just don't care about the animals" is the message you want to send here but that is the easiest way to win.

I guess you should play it with more than one player. Alone there is really nothing interesting here. A minigame for training could help, or a fighting mechanic that isn't just random guessing.

A bit trick to play in the browser but still very enjoyable. Great atmosphere. The end screen is a bit anticlimatic tho.

Cool Idea to bring genetics into a game, but it is way to tedious and slow to do anything. Everything is too expensive and plants grow very slow. I could probably find them a better biome, but i don't have money for that and don't know which one is good because I don't have the money to analyze them. And I don't have money because the plants take forever to grow. I really want to play around with it but it just takes to long to do anything.

@zyrconium thanks for the nice feedback! We don't really expect to get a lot of ratings, to really make it fun you probably need 8 Players. Im curious if we will ever see that number in the next few days. Probably not, but that is OK. The control sheme is actually a result of our design process. We first wanted to make a turn based game and then later decided to set the turn timer to 1 tick to make it "real-time" instead. I don't think we will do anything further with it but if we did I think we would change it to wasd instead.

Really fun and hectic!. I love how you can plan ahead a bit and then completely mess up the other rows. Also it is cool to see what other people can do with the same Assets we used in our Game.

Love the Idea but the gameplay does not really click for me. I die really quickly and nothing I try seems to make any difference. The speed of the game seems way to high for it's concept.

Really cool puzzles! I didn't get all the way through but I had a blast with it. Also really like the presentation, reminds me of DS Proffessor Layton puzzles. Also funny to see we were not the only ones going for a Hilbert Hotel reference. Not that our Game is really leaning into it but that was part of the inspiration.

@banderander We also have no idea how he pulled that of, the weirdest part is that guy was simultaniously actively playing D&D with some of us while he got the record.

@prvaak The trick is to realize there are only around 18 different levels and half of them are just flipped verions of the others. Then you just have to find a good strategy for all of them.

Airman 67 gave up 312 meters from the base. Was interesting to play. It mostly made me think that it was the righ descision to romove the healthbar from our game.
