Wow, what a great game! It pays respect to Cave Story and Kero with a little Metroid Fusion thrown in. The gunplay and platforming was engaging, with good level design to boot.

The movement is a bit wonky, but I liked the idea. The postFX was a little distracting (depth of field), but I enjoyed the look of the game.

I loved the aesthetic of the game, the music, art and gameplay meshed well. My only complaint is the character's movement controls. They are sluggish (on purpose I assume?)
