Bow Em' Down by bufferstudios 2016-08-29T23:30:00

Nice idea! The main mechanics are good but they need a bit of polish. The crosshair is a lil bit deflected and shooting an arrow is confusing the firsts attemps but they are quite good.
Maybe showing the arrow placed on the bow and animating the rope indicating the tension of it will improve a lot the shoot mechanic. Also with the first steps found difficult to jump until I realise you have infinite jumps.
And just by adding some moving targets the challenge will be more difficult.
Keep it up with the good work!

Rat-tato Power by Jelinib 2016-08-31T10:13:00

Nice entry, good idea, graphics and sense of humour! As someone has said before, it lacks a bit of competition between other players, adding a leaderbord will make it challenging. And after fuelling some potatoes you lose the good rate of typing, something normal because of having to follow a sequence of keys.

Maybe in a future version you could add a shop for buying new potatoes or items to fuel that will give more power to the rocket.

Summing up, good job!

PrimalVoxels by MewSoul 2016-09-01T10:28:00

Nice idea! As someone said, in a future version maybe you could could add some sort of currency or direct weapons drops, to improve the fighy system.

Also, the collisions with the enviroment make very difficult to move around the arena and shoot correctly. Being a small arena there are a lot of collisions and make it very difficult on that way.

And for sure playing with someone (I did it solo) would make it funnier and challenging. Good job!

Madness of the Golden Relic by namu 2016-08-30T08:00:00

Thanks holgk! After all day working on the game didn't notice the debug files making the build. I have updtaded the .rar without those files :)

cityglitch by ciaodavinci 2016-09-01T17:26:00

Very nice game! The music and sounds, graphics and those glitchs make the atmosphere a bit creepy, which I think it was intended, so good job because you achieve it!

The puzzles and the difficulty progression is nice, I think I completed ~20 levels before surrender because of the music and those critters. Really nice job!

BRICKS by Trasevol_Dog 2016-08-29T23:34:00

Damn those bombs :@ haha. Quite interesting, love being in Pico8, very simple but addictive trying to beat your previous score. Nice!

Smart Again by belva1234 2016-08-30T22:44:00

I like the art of the game but I also got stuck on the puzzle about the ladder, maybe the triggers need to be bigger to realise the action.
Also the grabbing things mechanic is confusing the first couple of times, maybe the circle around the mouse could be bigger so it would be easy to notice.
Good job, now time to rest a lil bit!

Space attack by stenol 2016-08-30T22:35:00

Nice and difficult shooter, as it must be a good shooter! Reached 93650 points but didn't kill the boss.
The only thing that can you make confuse is the color of the bullets: both player and enemies (including boss) are blue. Just changing the bullets from the enemies ships to green for example, and red for the boss, will make it more clean although the bullet hell.
Good job!

cognizance by managore 2016-08-30T11:18:00

Very nice mechanics and awesome idea, keeping it simple, really nice!
As someone has said, I think a mini-map will be very useful. Maybe just with the rooms, no need to denote the ones visited, but to have an idea where you have to go and the possible path.
You have to get used to the jump mechanic when you are on a wall, due to the jump is mostly horizontal.
Also, the first time using the elevator was like: mmm what I have to do here? But it's part of the puzzle haha

And the graphics and the sounds are really cool, but I think I missed some background music

Really nice game and good job, no doubt I'll play a future version of it!

MistIslands by tmpxyz 2016-09-01T10:07:00

I don't usually play board games but I have to say that doing this game in jam is a really great achievement! Looks like there is a lot of work done for a very short time period.
The graphics look well (it was what drew my attention) although maybe can be more polished in a future (the hexagon tiles reminded me to Armello, which can be a nice reference).

And even though I'm not into board games, for sure I would play a future version of MistIslands if you keep working on it. Good job!

Life Before Texting by sararyCow 2016-08-30T10:55:00

Good idea after all, is a bit difficult to control the player although. Maybe you can keep working on the game, polishing the art and the controls, I think it could be funny to play a upgraded version of the game.
I know it's a lot of work but here are some ideas:a map with some towns where you have to deliver messages, unblocking them after you progress in the game. And maybe having to play the levels backwards as you have to come back to the castle to pick up the next message to deliver.
And of course with mediavel 8bits music! Good job!

The Language of the Gods by ladybenko 2016-08-30T10:34:00

Great job for being made in just 48h and solo! The music and the pixel art fits very well and makes you believe you are really stranded.
Definetely will play a full version of the game, I'm curious about what happened to the guy, where is he and what are those artifacts.

Good job!

Ancient Meat Lovers by FrozenCow 2016-08-29T22:01:00

I always liked the idea of progress games, where you have to start eating small animals and keep upgrading. I found interesting that elephants can jump over the houses, makes it difficult without enough technology.
Better if the map is populated with more animals and stuff, but kinda cool for first prototype!
