I love how it's dev for the PICO-8! Nice idea, I'm tempted to try it on my Raspberry pi arcade setup :) Small bug: I was able to catch Covid, and get to the next level screen before getting the Game over screen, a bit frustrating xD But not a big bug.
I really enjoyed the challenge, and congrats on Raccoon, that's nice  I'm trying to complain about something, but that's just great. If I want to nitpick, maybe you could have used different musics for different levels, I guess.
I was able to re-lit my fire at the same time I got the death screen, I was so sad! This is a almost stressful since you see you food and water gauge going down relatively fast, I had no time to look for crates or so.
I really likes the tape you can play in the radio. (I had problems running on Firefox, but it worked fine in Chrome, but a lot of WebGL games do.)
Ahahah, happy to see that we are not the only ones having thought of a plant with the theme :)
Since you are using Unity, you might want to export your game in HTML5 so that it can be played directly on a website such as Itch.io, that makes it more cross-platform ;)
@sami You can add the HTML5 version now, it's not like modifying the game I think. Here's how: https://itch.io/docs/creators/html5
Thanks for the game, here are a couple ideas/comments:
- I find the walking speed a bit low. I would have loved a “press shift to run” option wink - The range of the “read newspaper” action was so big I thought I could do something with the oven, which is not the case - I like the wind effect and the idea of the weather changes ^^ - I didn’t figure out the bed could be used to sleep until next day at first, and only found it eventually, might be good to include it in the newspaper text?
Same problem here: the screen is cut in Itch.io for some reason I couldn't figure.
So I had to go in the source of the webpage (F12) select the div with "game_frame game_loaded" and set larger width and height settings in the CSS style to be able to play it.
I was able to hold for 15 rounds only, but then I didn't want to try again since I didn't know how far from the end I was. That's not an easy game, BTW.
I found it a bit too easy, I didn't have to do much to eradicate the virus using the Gorid-19 setting. Also I found the zoom level and all to be a bit annoying, maybe have larger steps in the zooming effect? Nice idea otherwise.
Well done. The only thing I could complain about is: I think I had all 3 endings, but not sure. It would have been great to known if we've unlocked them (like to get the ending # on the credit page maybe?)
Same problem here ^ Unable to play it because it brought me to the end screen directly. You might want to issue a fix, that's authorized.
Also, since this appears to have been built using Unity, you might want to check how you can get a so-called "WebGL" build. ([See here](https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/webgl-building.html)) It will allow you to upload it to a website such as itch.io, so that people can play it in their browser, like our game for example. ;) I find it more user-friendly.
On my first trial, I missed the left tunnel where it says "press R to leave rope" and I think I landed at the bottom right, but I didn't die or so, instead I was stuck and could just turn on my flashlight and then couldn't do nothing. The camera also didn't follow me there somehow. I got it correctly on my second trial. It is best to light up your flashlight asap, I guess. Also the pace was a bit slow at times, I would have loved sliding down way faster. But good work, and many thanks for the WebGL build, it's much better with one.
Nice idea, fits the theme, good that you included a WebGL HTML5 build, it's really a must have IMO. But I did not really feel like I could understand my influence on the game and ended up clicking left and right more or less haphazardly, without any strategy and by the end of my first game I was missing something "extra".
