S.P.A.C.E – Stinky Purring Annoyed Cat Escape by limered 2018-08-13T23:46:50Z
Poor cat :( I really like this game, but it's really difficult for the cat to satisfy its needs. Poor cat...

I love it!! I like the main mechanic of the game and also all the references to the discarded themes. So funny! A very entertaining game.
Game's graphics are really nice, it looks amazing! I've enjoyed the game, but i think it needs more speed, or at least to increase the rate and speed of the pieces over time. Also being able to choose which way I want the pieces to go would be nice. I've found myself shooting at the air waiting for the random to generate the direction I want.
This game is great. The only thing that could be better is the bullets. It is hard for me to see them. Maybe it could be solved changing the material and adding some effects.
Really like the idea behind the game. The idea of erasing stuff on a page to survive is interesting, but I think the erasing mechanic could be done to be more enjoyable. Maybe adding some dodging mechanic, making the pencils attack you.
As people said before me, it needs more speed. I've enjoyed it anyway, though. It would be nice to have a score!
@bronydell First of all, thanks for your review :') It's much appreciated. As for losing by getting stuck in files, we wanted it to be this way, actually. The player has to avoid this situation. However, if they get stuck, a Permanently Delete window can appear if the player's lucky :')
@jsmcag Thank you for your review, I'm glad you liked our game! Yes, it's exactly as you noticed, the delete box position is random, even though it appears at a 30 second interval. Maybe what we could do is to reduce the area where it can spawn so it sticks more to the bottom, where the majority of files are.
@brallex Thank you for your comment! For now the only way to see your Hi-Score is in the final blue screen after you get corrupted.
@sthor726 We're happy you liked the game!
@gord10ahmet We've also had some issues regarding the movement during development. Sometimes it just accelerates too much, and we honestly don't know why. Could that be the case? We will look forward to solve this.
@gord10ahmet The whole movement thing is done via Rigidbody's velocity.
@rvenson We are really happy you liked it!!
@donitz Thank you for saying our game is cool! We're happy the delete file boxes are working as intended.
@wrexialmt The amazing thing here is your comment. Thank you so much! The thing with with files stopping mid-air... It's a virus of course :D
Not really, just a bug hahaha
@lost-dutchman-software Thank you! People have submitted pretty high scores. @girania is the game's music composer. She'll be glad to hear you like it :D
@deaymon Thank you for your review! We're happy you liked it. Regarding your feedback, we are already working on those ideas. (We won't upload an update though, it can't be done until the jam ends).
I loved the game! Really cool artstyle and concept. Maybe I would have liked to know which was gonna be the next piece (in a tetris way). But hey, it was really fun receiving an enormous TV without knowing what to do with it :D
I think the concept is cool. I had some problems with the controls, sometimes I was not able to jump while I was moving.
I really enjoyed the game. At first it was a bit confusing the way you had to dispose the bombs, though. Maybe movement could be made faster and a game controller would be a nice addition too. Sometimes it was hard for me to control the machine.
I like the idea of saving fish, but I think it offers few mechanics and it can get a bit repetitive after a while. It would be nice to make the game faster, maybe using arrows as a control instead of the mouse.
This game is great! It looks really good. But I think it's easy when it comes to not following the path. There's almost no punishment, and the red blocks are not that fast to be a threat. I think this game would work great with lives system and some kind of rythm mechanic.
I think controlling the speed of the blocks is an interesting mechanic. I suck at playing runner games, though XD I'm glad to see you've been able to finish your first game in just two days :D
