The art and idea was great, my only issue is how hard the game is lol. No way I was staying on path.

Cool Game! It was fast paced and fun, and I enjoyed it! However, the levels sometimes felt like they were being dragged out for an unnecessarily long amount of time. It fit the theme well, and the audio and graphics fit the style of the game. It wasn't super innovative, but it was still cool. Overall, I enjoyed the game!
Good job on the game! I loved the art style and the screen effect you have implemented. I would say that the first level is probably a bit too long because it's not that hard so it feels like it drags on a bit. I would have also liked to have been able to select the level I play (but I get that the idea is that you need to progress through them for score, I would probably change it to time and have a leader board for each level instead). Overall, really cool entry.
This game is great! It looks really good. But I think it's easy when it comes to not following the path. There's almost no punishment, and the red blocks are not that fast to be a threat. I think this game would work great with lives system and some kind of rythm mechanic.
The colors kind of hurt my eyes, other than that, really good!
Cute idea. I was torn on the score for graphics. It looked really nice at any one moment, but I found it hard to "read" the screen as I moved. I know the core mechanic is tile-based so you need to move in steps, but it would have been nice if the scrolling was smooth. Still, I liked that you could strategically choose to go off the path at certain times, and I had a fun 10 min!
The gameplay felt smooth, it is challenging and the mood was really on point! My only issue is that my eyes started to hurt after a while for some reason because of the motion and the large amount of squares.
Fast and interesting game. Really appreciate art and design, even if to be honest i'm not good at fast game like this. I still spend few minutes on it kinda fun good job. Keep it up !
Good graphics and sound design ! It is a really good idea to make two different sounds for 'move up' and 'move down' control, it helps a lot ;) However, I was able two finish the two first level running straight forward throught the colored blocks x) (not very fair play I know !)
I like this game. It's cute, and as an Osu player I'm a fan of those muscle memory-intensive gameplay.
I'd suggest is to change your color palette a little bit. Choose less saturated colors, too much saturation hurts the eyes. Also, I don't know what to to at the enter name screen, it doesn't seem to respond to any button. Am I doing something wrong?
Really cool idea! I liked how it worked, and it was kinda neat to figure out when it was safer to go straight and skip over memory vs staying on the stable path. Fun application of the theme, too.
If I had to give a piece of constructive criticism, it felt like the difficulty went from very easy to very difficult kind of quickly. The first level gave a great introduction to the mechanics.
Thanks for a fun entry!
The idea of this game is fantastic, simple to understand and solid. I like a lot the art style and the music. However I felt the controls too much senstitive. I didn't get too far since i was using the keyboard and when i press a key it moves too fast and it touches the blocks. But it is only my impresion. The game is great and visual attractive. Really good job!!!
Is seems being out of bounds only slows down the rate at which you "repeat" move, ie move when your key is down.
To this effect, you can win levels by just mashing 'd' fast enough.
Cool idea! I could see this working if you juice it up and make the movement smoother overall, I can see you might have gone for abrupt movement but it feels too jarring for me, maybe look into smoothing out the camera movement while keeping the player movement the way it is.
I liked the gameplay, although it might become a bit repetitive after a while. I enjoyed the visuals and audio, it was a good experience! I had no issue with the color palette. Good job :)
