As a side note, I misread the rules and played the game exponentially (all scored cards get added, not just one) but still had a fun time doing so! (And besides, like all tabletop games house rules can shake things up anyway. Exponential play makes it shorter and more risky, which I personally prefer.)
I enjoyed the concept of the game, pushing your luck so that you can still score but keeping the total under 50. I played the tabletop simulator version while reading the rules pdf, and had a good time with it! I also like the novelty of a dice and paper game in the game jam, and might try out some house rules in the future to play with other people too.
