Welcome to Granny's! by Clement 2017-12-07T02:43:10Z
This is really funny! I love how the fingers are always wiggling. The doilies in the UI are a really nice touch.

Fantastic concept! It blows me away how beautifully you two were able to execute it in this timeframe. I love the music and mood and especially the artwork! I hope you continue on with a social sharing feature.
Hey fellow jammers, thanks so much for playing and rating PullPals! We have had a ton of great feedback and the Two Scoop Games team is going to continue working on this game post-jam!
We have been tossing around lots of ideas for fun new features, more challenging puzzles, and multiple unique monster pals to keep you company!

The artwork is really really sweet. I love the multi-layered parallax walls, very well done. The gameplay is a cool idea reminds me of guitar hero mixed with a shoot 'em up. Unfortunately, it's way too hard for me.
I watched it on a stream because I don't have Windows. Great art, I love the color choices. Music reminds me of Night in the Woods
Once I got a feel for the controls it was pretty fun to swim around and pop up out of the water. I was confused about why I died when I had time left.
This game looks to be receiving a lot of praise – and for good reason! Cardhoard is a fantastic game with simple mechanics that are easy to pick up yet challenging to master. The art style is clean and friendly while the animations feel snappy and fun. Every action in the game has visual and audible juice, resulting in everything you do feeling appropriately impactful. The combos for butt-slamming more boxes at once is really fun and entices the player to try for even higher combos. The game is even more impressive when you realize it was a compo entry. Excellent work!
Sanguinite is another one of those "how the heck did one person pull this off in 2 days?" kind of Ludum Dare entries. The music, sound design, and story put you on a firm foundation in another world. The drones are fun to fly and everything just feels right. The difficulty is perfect for me. I felt like it had an adequate challenge. Great work I would play a full game of this with more story really I just want more of everything in the same proportions.
I want this on my Game Boy Advance.
The Mac build isn't working for me so I am going to base my comments on the video and the demo you gave us at our jam-site. The 3d down-resing is a cool look, and I like the character design. The typing sound was really good. Lots of juice and shooting/other actions have a nice amount of feedback and feel impactful. Great accomplishment for the amount of time!
Cool concept with the boss. Clean visuals.
Great concept and good execution.
It is really satisfying to hear the silence when you figure it out. Reminds me of how I feel about my anxiety. Sometimes I feel like my mind is cluttered with ideas and tasks I need to do and I want to reach a calm quiet state where I can focus on one task.
Here are the solutions the 3 times I played: Screen Shot 2017-12-07 at 5.27.12 PM.png Screen Shot 2017-12-07 at 5.28.19 PM.png Screen Shot 2017-12-07 at 5.29.38 PM.png
I love that it is procedural - it's basically generative art. With the addition of a win state and a way to return to the menu this would feel complete.
I was so excited to play this, the art looks so cute. Windows only .... :(
@furet Thanks!! If your engine can do a web build too it's easy to host on itch.io. Less barrier for people to try your game. I'm excited to try it out. (I'm on Mac and my teammate is on Linux we are the odd ducks, but web covers all your bases)
I was pleasantly surprised when I found out it was a typing game! I think it would have been better off with just the typing part and without the overworld level select area. The writing was fun.
I really love the art style! You put a lot into the level design, the map is HUGE for a jam game. It was fun to explore and see the maze, snowmen etc. Great job I would like to try a finished version if you continue on with it post-jam!
