Talla and the Tomb of the Takers by ryusui 2025-10-11T21:36:40Z

interesting concept

managed to escape after 5 days with 0 deaths or lives lost (not sure how good of a score this is)

minimap is nice, I wish it showed more than one space ahead in a corridor

- traps are easy enough to do and annoying enough to use trap tools - I would've preferred to be able to skip chat/trap immediately - there seem to be a delay before the key works - maybe other types of traps besides dance dance revolution would make it more enjoyable?

fun idle game that goes brrrr at the end graphics are neat and the movie references are great I like the idea with a chart (though I wish the stonks guy would appear) it would be nice to have toggle for disabling autounpacking (for each section) and if upgrades menu didn't pause it (though now that I'm playing I guess it avoids choosing what to do when a new card appears haha) The idea of generating cut lines is alright but it also feels mechanical - it would feel more juicy if I could choose my own (just draw line across the cards)

overall 💩/10

Climbsy’s Way Up by Skoufakis 2025-10-08T13:49:23Z

I love the cute little spider! Does it have a name?

Audio and setting/design are the strong components of the game. Music is calm, soothing, and feels space-y. The spider looks like an astronaut in space.

Bones could have some size and texture/colour variety. Controls are alright but sometimes feel clunky when landing on another bone - often either I can't move on the bone because I am a pixel too far away to the bone or I immediately go back on the web instead of walking on the bone. I think if the spider automatically landed on the bone at the end of the web it would feel more pleasant. It would also help if the spider didn't look symmetrical while on the web, on short webs I'm not sure whether I should press W or S, especially with the issue above.

Otherwise I really liked the game and setting, thank you for making it!

Bone Hunt! by Gaverion 2025-10-24T21:46:11Z

Gives off Goat Simulator vibes and overall fun concept, not my cup of tea though.

The first level is way more difficult than the second one, especially with the bone at the top of the tree -- it feels more like a secret than a regular bone to pick. The fog felt a bit annoying, like an obstruction for the sake of obstructing because "you're not supposed to see where all of the bones are". Manoeuvring feels like a default and maybe because of that I felt like I was fighting with it, especially on the first level. Overall I enjoyed the second level more even though it felt mundane and closed off compared to the first one.

Option to cast a spell with Ctrl while pressing forward is evil :')

I liked the short tutorial and later on openness, of what spells to grab to get to other areas kind of reminds me of a flash game Robot Wants Ice Cream, though there were general upgrades instead of spells

I see @ryusui already described issues I was also experiencing so I'm going to refer to that comment - though I'm going to highlight lack of sound effects (even simple ones), poor keybindings (left and right mouse button should be bindable, also keys right of WASD make good binds rather than shift or ctrl) and if I had a nickel for every typo I noticed I'd have two nickels-- which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice. Right?

I didn't get all of the spells because of Ctrl-W keybinding and I didn't feel like going through jumping through platforms or into the pit -- movement requires polishing to make it fun and not a chore

Crown Crow by ThDudk 2025-10-24T21:25:09Z

My favoure game this ludum! I've had an idea of a corvidae collecting shiny items so it was fun to see what it might've looked like had we gone down this route :)

Mechanics are fun and responsive, especially with dive and ability to soar. Right now I'm trying to get the crown without any upgrades -- and on an attempt between writing the sentences I actually managed to do it ^^ It's interesting to see how the game plays different because the enemy birds are in a different place each time. I'm not going to attempt hitless ^^' though with upgrades it should be easier (or now that I think about it, I could've got an extra heart from picking up the shinies)

I wish there was a goofy walking or hopping animation :D Some of the feedback could be clearer (how many items can the crow hold, a heart per 5 items, losing half the inventory on death) but it was also fun to discover all of that.

Oh, and the music and sounds are great too!

Marvellous artstyle! The setting is great. Overall kind of looks like a mix of Don't Starve and Skyrim, maybe a pinch of Dead by Daylight? I like how you can still knock with low attitude but just have to knock harder :)

- As comment above said, it's easy to cheese the game by placing a shrine right next to the spawns. It is also not clear how shrines work -- AOE effect would be useful or a visual cue when a creature is starting to get affected. - Sometimes I'm experiencing a weird shove - I'm not sure what it's caused by - Minimap feels a bit lacking - attacked colours have the same colour as regular houses, character's house also blends in (though it helps that it's somewhere in the center) - Walking gets a little mundane with time - paths with speed boost would be a nice addition, especially that they're in the thumbnail :) also the bushes are annoying to get stuck on 😒 - Spectating monsters could be improved by giving the option to switch between them - also when first monster attacks, camera stays in place instead of jumping to another monster - Press space (or another button) to speed up time (especially when you start the game when you already played it) would be nice - Sounds on LMB/RMB feel like a bug - I'm not supposed to be able to do anything while at the dwelling - "Your dwelling. Enter to skip time" -- "Go inside" instead of "Enter" would be a clearer wording :) - I think this message should be shown over the house like a informational speech bubble:
