Nice game ! the gameplay is quite repetitive, but once the "mark" appears, the game manages to become genuinely unsettling. It features some very good ideas and beautiful visuals. The camera angle is rather distracting—you’re forced to keep your eyes fixed on the magnet controls, which means you don’t really get to enjoy the rest of what’s on screen.

Thanks for playing our game!

kedikat 2026-10-20 20:29 ♥ 3

Really fun! Love the mood.

gamescodedogs 2026-10-20 20:40 ♥ 3

It took me a while to figure out how to switch the magnet on and off, but I eventually got it. It’s really cool.

As soon as I was told not to break protocol, I wanted to break it. I kept looking for a way to blow everything up or cause some other chaos. I couldn’t blow everything up, but I won’t be getting a promotion either.

Thanks, I really enjoyed it.

I liked the mood and this ominous music; though I got few green lights I did not see if I got progression ? also the mouse UX for clicking the controls was fun at the discovery of the game but a became a bit tedious along the way, shortcuts would be appreciable to my opinion.

And there's a VR feeling to it!

vandervas-generator 2026-10-20 20:53 ♥ 3

Great game! It look a bit to get used to the locked camera and movement controls, but I appreciated the simplicity of it! I followed all the instructions, but I didn't get a promotion. :(

boxofcuriosity 2026-10-20 21:12 ♥ 3

Struggled to run the game on my end, but was ok after closing a few things.

The controls did get a bit tedious after some time, but the clunkiness fits well with the theme. Narrative was interesting, but not sure if there was the option for a different ending.

parkuhrmd 2026-10-20 21:42 ♥ 2

@boxofcuriosity Thanks! There are actually two endings. Spoilers: !> One ending where you destroy all robots and get your promotion, and one ending where you destroy the grinder using plutonium and the robots are released. Which one is the good ending is up to you ;)

breadstick 2026-10-21 04:28 ♥ 3

Who do I talk to about unionizing? I work all day--ALL DAY--with hard labor, tossing scrap into the places it goes, and the boss just dangles a promotion over my head like a carrot on a stick. I'm tired of empty promises of promotion... I want my respect now, or I walk (into the incinerator)

Great atmosphere with excellent graphics; the game is a bit simple (though, then again, why make things complicated?), though I did run into one snag—I hadn't noticed that the tutorial clipboard changes.

logovostudio 2026-10-21 12:16 ♥ 2

To be honest, I didn't quite understand how exactly to sort some of the items, but I liked the gameplay idea. In terms of atmosphere and graphics, the game reminds me of my favorite Mike Klubnika, and I like it)

parkuhrmd 2026-10-21 16:29 ♥ 0

@logovostudio Thanks for the feedback! The sorting is based on color coding, which admittedly could have been improved a bit. Funny you bring up Klubnika, Buckshot Roulette and split were two of my inspirations for the style, as well as Mouthwashing :)

Раздражает управление краном. Управлять им при помощи клавиатуры было бы гораздо приятнее. Не хватает цели игры и какого-то прогресса. Визульно симпатично.

This game calls for a sequel

kukaracila215 2026-10-21 21:58 ♥ 1

The ONLY thing I would've changed is controls. The game is like ALMOST a perfect jam entry, but instead of looking at the crane you look at the buttons most of the game. Otherwise a great experience

mem0 2026-10-21 22:06 ♥ 1

Loved the graphics and the tense atmosphere! When the mannequins in the environment started moving while I wasn’t looking, it got seriously creepy

a-d-chaos 2026-10-22 20:55 ♥ 0

The main reason we made the buttons as center focused pressable buttons, was to distract the player from the surroundings and meanwhile change things in the background. This was a very early design choice. But we didn't fully utalized this feature and the buttons were moved more to the side for a better view on the center. For the post-jam-version we likely apply the dev controls again, so you can control the crane with the keyboard. The screen and notepad are already helping as a distraction, as well as the turning of the crane.

Such a great game! It brought me back to the first time I played Portal, when a hidden storyline slowly revealed itself and completely changed my perspective on the game...

I'd absolutely love to see this concept expanded into a longer game with a full release! The atmosphere is really well done, and there's so much potential here.

One suggestion: it could be even better to have a specific key item that determines the ending. Right now, when I wanted to destroy the grinder, I didn't have enough plutonium, so I felt a bit forced into choosing the bad ending rather than making that choice myself.

But overall, amazing work! I'd love to see more of this game!

lucaeas 2026-10-23 20:35 ♥ 4

Very nice game with such a tense atmosphere. Simple gameplay that I found quite easy to understand, I love a little lore to such a mysterious game!! Well done!

dashvirus 2026-10-23 20:56 ♥ 4

Damn, it was deeper than what I expected. At first I nearly stop due to the trdious controls, yet you get used to it and I'm happy that I kept playing. The gloomy changing atmosphere is a really nice idea and the game is well made overall. This is not the funniest game I've ever played yet the mood and the originality of the mysterious story makes it very interseting. Congrats for your work !

Wow! I mean... **WOW!** I got chills down my spine several times while playing.

The graphics, sound, story, gameplay... **EVERYTHING** in this game works together in perfect harmony, turning a pleasant, routine job into the nightmare of being an executioner.

I’m so grateful to the dev team for giving me this experience!

rend 2026-10-24 14:08 ♥ 3

Really great atmosphere and art style, I love the dithering on the textures. For some reason I could never see the scrap until they were stuck to the magnet so I was just moving the crane left and right with the magnet on until something got stuck, don't know if it's the intended way to do it. I got some green lights and some red ones, I suppose there are several endings?

shlolo 2026-10-26 13:06 ♥ 4

Really strong atmosphere on this one. The visuals and audio both fit the vibe you are going for very well. The gameplay itself is fun too, but I found that the scrap parts would often miss the crane and fling off if I would move the crane while the magnet was turned on. I'm not sure if that is intended, but I ended up only turning on the magnet when the crane was exactly over an item and not moving.

the-big-lost 2026-10-26 15:25 ♥ 4

Playthrough #1 I got the "evil" ending. Playthrough #2 I wanted to see if there was a "good" ending. I got the "choke it with plutonium" message, but then didn't get any plutonium scrap before the game ended. Maybe I was just unlucky?

Anyway, loved the mood! Also loved the little details that change around the environment. Well made entry!

parkuhrmd 2026-10-26 16:28 ♥ 1

@the-big-lost That sounds like a bug, the last rounds before the ending should always spawn green items! We will have to check that... Thanks for the heads up!

EDIT: It was an off-by-one error AND dependent on randomness, the curse of every programmer... Fixed now :)

cody-raethke 2026-10-27 02:50 ♥ 3

Very interesting environmental storytelling! I like the aesthetic, gritty textures and unnerving music. Unfortunately I couldn't make it all the way to the end, as the camera fov / spinning around / having to look back and forth at the buttons gave me motion sickness, but I got a good feel for where it was going - definitely not what I signed up for when I took this job!
