I was a bit confused, perhaps you should add some instructions to the description?

very good, symplistic but understanable loop, and good graphics
Unexpected and unique theme interpretation. Sounds are really funny. Early levels are nice and clever, didn’t get to later ones though
Astonishingly fun to play. Normally i dont play puzzle games but the fast levels made it really fun. Also love the sound it makes when u place two towers next to each other haha
I managed to beat all 30 levels, had a tough time with some of the multi color ones but was able to lock in and get it done! I had a great time playing, the sounds were funny and the gameplay loop was a blast great work!
Nice, fun and polished. I like that the mechanics are introduced and explained at a nice pace and that there is visual and audio feedback to show why something is good or bad.
For some feedback: The flavor text for each new level disappeared before I could finish reading it - perhaps that could have stayed visible until I clicked a button. Also the X marks were a bit too large, making it hard to see if there is a house underneath that has not received the decree.
Great game! I almost beat it but I admit that I gave up on the very last level. I like this interpretation of the theme! It's pretty intuitive just based on art/animation (except maybe the coliseum) but the instructions in the description were helpful too. The king's decrees at the start of each level were the highlight - I only wish there were more.
I had a lot of fun playing this game! Very well done, very unique.
This is surprisingly elegant. Feels like one of those simple ideas that turn into really satisfying puzzles
Excellent game, I could stay here all day lol.

A good puzzle — I really enjoyed everything. Special thanks for the clear instructions.
The game sucked me in, i beat all the levels. Even though there were a lot of levels it didn't feel like it started being a challenge until around level 12. I felt like the game got a bit busy after the second color got introduced. All things said I think I heard enough hear ye for a couple of lifetimes. It was very polished overall, stuff like correctly framing levels of various sizes went a long way in that. Well done!
Very fun, took me a few tries for some of the levels (especially first cathedral level and then of course the final level). I didn't notice the cage until the very last level, where it really came in handy. Only downside was the repetitive audio when placing criers... Overall a great game!
Reminds me of a very simliar puzzle from the Professor Layton series. Loved it!
Nice, I'm not much of a puzzle person, but its a fun mechanic, sort of like sudoku or something where you have to figure out the placeement through a process of elimiation. Only played about half the levels. On the critcism side I would say the 3d presentatin doesn't add so much for a grid based game, probably could be cleaner and more readable in 2d, but not a big deal, it was still pretty readable. The opening line of each level gets a little annoying after a couple of levels, maybe a bit of juicing up for when you convert tiles and finish levels woud be nice. But the core gameplay and mechanic is really good and it overall felt pretty polished for a jam game. Really nice work, well done.
This was delightful! Best game I've played. :) Very nice mechanics, well thought out, great learning curve. The visuals are adorable and the proclamations are very funny, albeit a little repetitive. Played up to level 28 so far and will finish the rest soon. Great work!
Played through the entire thing, loved it. Maybe the funny flavor text should be shown during the level always, not just at the start. I couldn't pay attention to both the voice line and the text. And some easier way to see if a house is affected already, if there's a bunch of cages around it gets really messy to try see it,. But fantastic game, I think! Really fun
This was very much my jam! Great job and I was impressed that you kept adding more mechanics. Puzzle games always seem so tough to come up with good levels on a jam timeline to me but these really work. The color ones felt a little unintuitive to me but I got through them. I got stuck on The Royal Redundancy where I'm sure there's a solution but it seems like everything has to be where it needs to be and I ran out of patience. Overall though, one of the most complete games I've played on here and an impressive showing! Oh, and the voice lines were great!
