Really cool concept and execution. Was surprised by how fun it was to have to dart my eyes back and forth between the different screens to land jumps. Nice work!

I would've thought this kind thing would be distracting and hard to follow, but you proved me wrong! Nice execution, had fun with this and played a few rounds. :)
Why does the dog have to have an ugly sickness :S yikes
Will check out , on the list :D
I concur with @sthor726. It would've been interesting if it was played into more, certain platforms only appearing on certain screens for instance.
Woah, the CRT effect is really nice! You did this in 9 hours!? That's impressive!
A fun little platformer with a interesting twist. The visuals and the music is really good. Overall a great jam game. Well done.
Cau! This is a lot of fun for 9 hours of making! Very nice, that old tv screens has very nostalgic vibe. Gameplay is great fit for it. Although, there are surely hackers that could run Doom on it :)
@aweskybear well, our dog got this bad sickness last thursday, so we took care of her since and thru out all weekend, hence I am bit influenced by that. Also that is why I had so little time, I was even considering not doing any game, but it took my mind off of it and it was nice to focus on something else for a while
Thank you all for reactions! @sthor726 @manabreak @nathmate @fredrik-andersson @jk5000 and to you Jirko @jiri-hysek
The game is actually very simple, the hardest part was to make the game replication to all of the screens and do the right positioning and scaling. The rest is really trivial platformer :D Also I have an experience with CRT shaders from the past, so that part was also quite fast :) And really this was like the first jam where I successfully did not overscope ! Yay!! :D great feeling
Hi Jindro, what an interesting idea! It's a simple platformer, but with those changing screens it is much more entertaining. Love the sound and art of course! Extra points for being able to finish this in only a couple of hours, you are a mad man :D
Great stuff - simplicity done right, and very addicting. Just one more try! The changing screens completely shift the game from a simple platformer to something more complex and interesting (and challenging!)

I had a blast! The gameplay is obviously simple, but you really nailed the "just one more game!" feeling, very addicting! The difficulty ramping up is nicely balanced, felt great. My only complain is that the double jump is a bit unreliable, tho maybe it's my keyboard I don't know
Quite addicting little game. I particularly like the music, and the CRT mechanic. This game could definitely use a leaderboard system. I'm not sure if I can look at the circles combined with mixels any longer though...
Cool concept! Having to glance around screens when they lost picture made it extra challenging, especially the really small one
Oh maan, the nostalgy here! So many games on that very old small CRT screen [that looked like one of those in the game]! :))
You got me by surprise - this is innovative to me: switching between screens that lost signal, ha! Aaand... good thing I read about the DASH, I almost missed it - would have been my only complaint due to larger gaps but this problem is catered for!
Overall, cool retro innovative concept in the game! :smiley_cat:
@iluvatar Thank you David! I just wish there was more time for art, but I managed to add all that I wanted at least :)
@alex-de-la-cour Thank you for such a kind words Alex! @colisan You are totally right, but I find that I have problem with making a double-jump and moving platforms. Need to look into that, but it might also be with the fact, that I had no time to implement some buffers or coyotees :/ Thanks for playing and great score!!
@technicalitycreations Thank you, agree with that leaderboard system, I usually add these into my games, but the scope and time here was really tight for me... sorry about the mixels... they could appear due to different sizes of the screens and applyed shaders :/
@johnnysix Thx mate! :)
@aweskybear Thank you! Well glad you read those instructions, I had this "cool" idea to have tutorial in the main menu displayed on the screens (and that you could even move with the character to try it) but had to cut it :D
I really love how it was possible to figure out the game by playing it, and it didn't really require any instructions, even though there were some cool new things I don't remember seeing in another game (e.g. switching displays when collecting an item). Really impressive for 9 hours. The main thing I feel is missing is a bit more variety in the platforms and gameplay (sort of how Doodle Jump has different platform types) but really it's amazing for such a compressed development timeline. Nice work!
Such a simple but very well executed game! The different screens and the switching is a really cool idea that I've not come across before and adds that extra level of interest to your typical infinite jumping scroller game.
The music and graphics all fit together really nicely and the overall atmosphere is really good. Audio feedback from actions is really nice too. All very impressively polished and complete feeling game, especially for just 9 hours!
