I love this art!

Don't have a Windows machine so I can't play it right now, but just wanted to pop in to say that the graphics looks really good and fun!

The artwork is perfect. I felt a bit confused about what was going on. I guess it is hard to have strategy in rock paper scissors, but I was unsure when I did good, so it didn't feel so rewarding. But I like the idea of the game, and the graphics and mood is fantasic.

The art is awesome and I think this could be pretty fun, but it's really hard to decipher what's going on...

Yay for a fellow multiplayer game! Art is very cute - love it! So many games build off of the foundation of RPS so I think it was a great choice for a game :) Great job!

Wow! I'm sure you're as inspired by Pokémon as I am. This is awesome, your art is really beautiful.

@pado Thank you. My wife has drawn the art for our game. If you wish to check out more of her work, please visit https://besteau.carrd.co

Ooh, I like this concept and how it was put together a lot! These graphics look really cool and I like the game's style and presentation. I think my major feedback on it would be that it is a bit hard to see the elements that you are supposed to click as everything sort of blends together (the stats aren't separated from the clickable buttons), so it could confuse a new player. However, once you get it, this feels like a really active take on a certain battler!

It's an alright game. Though sound would have helped it out more.

chusmimax 2024-10-18 16:27

Would really improve with both sound and a cleaner battle inteface, but I like the idea and the direction taken.

Cool pixel design! That's awesome! Really like your arts👍

Artstyle is good, i a little confused. But I like the idea of the game, and mood.

Very cute! I played as Staticat, though all the critters were cute and amusing. It was a challenge to figure out what I was doing at the start until I figured out that I was selecting moves. It would be super helpful to have an info screen with some of the terminology ahead of choosing the skills. Fun to see Rock, Paper, Scissors, become more exciting!

The presentation and staging of what the player should be doing is good, battling 2 critters in an arena. Against a computer I used the same button W over and over to see who wins. I think full mouse-click support or WASD menu navigation with written out reminders during battle of what keys do what attacks would be helpful in a post-jam version to be more approachable. The tooltips were also a smart idea to include to decipher what symbols mean.

Great art, fun synergies, and nice take on the idea,, but the user interface gets very confusing at times and its hard to tell whats really going on. Great work nonetheless!
