Really like this concept, I like the balancing of resources and trying to keep everyone happy at the same time. The art fits really well and the music loop/sound effects help build the world. You managed to get it quite feature complete as well which is difficult for this type of game in this time frame. I also liked that you went a different direction with the theme than most other people :smile: Really good job!

The messages become a bit repetitive fast, it would have been nice to see more of them. But I understand you can only do as much during a jam :D

I like your interpretation of the theme! And art design is simple but stylish and charming. For some reason the game suddenly froze and I couldn't make it to the end( But still a fun time

@rolly Glad to hear you liked my game. I really wanted to procedurally generate the prompts but had to settle with hand written ones. Something to change if I get to working on it in the future.

seriously cool game, the vibes are spot on. I like the "simple" but very effective art style. bonus points for the unique take on the theme. all around nice work!
For being made in only 72 hours I'm surprised by how complete the game felt. The music, sound effects, art and writing all come together to form a very cohesive experience that could easily be a demo for a larger game. The only major critique I have would be the lack of variety in engaging requests, which is completely understandable due to the nature of being made in a jam. Really well done!
Loved this entry ! We actually had a relatively similar idea at the beginning but failed to make it original and cool enough. Congratulations ! I love the "Reigns"-like gameplay, good writing and satisfying soundtrack. Keep up the good work :)

It's so cool that you went with this genre for a game jam and made it pretty balanced and fun! The art is *impeccable* as well.
In my first run I got to 11 days before getting hung by the advisors xD

@chronicpain Glad you enjoyed it! I have been rewatching GOT so the idea came to me almost instantly when I saw the theme.

King for 7 days, doomed by priests. I wouldnt be surprised if most people got doomed by the priests. Excellent game!
@blue-pin-studio Thanks, glad you enjoyed my game. Ha! True, while playtesting I died to priests and army the most. Some sort of stat tracking would have been nice. Thanks for the idea, something to add if I ever get back to this game.
Great concept! It gets pretty easy once you understand how to play, but overall its really interesting!
Love the artstyle and atmosphere! I only made it to day 6 before the Nobles got tired of my head. I noticed repeats within the first couple of days, so it would have been nice to see more events. Still, great job!
