This is pretty looking game. I like those little animations and concept of the game, though balance is frustrating. I consumed all of my shapes and don't understand what to do next. I guess I misunderstood the game at the end. I hope you'll continue polishing the balance and I will return to this game once again :)

Style was clean but the puzzle part was little confusing. As your description says the progression is off. Starting with limited selection would help to clear up how the puzzle should work.

i tried to play the html5 and got this error: Failed to read the 'serviceWorker' property from 'Navigator': Service worker is disabled because the context is sandboxed and lacks the 'allow-same-origin' flag

The overall game is looking great ! But I'm a bit lost with what to do with moons and stars, and in understanding how the boost are helping me. The control are simple and work well + shape placement too !

so i couldnt get this to work right, i think... so i put multiple pieces in the middle like it said, i clicked on the things, it made stars, i ran out of pieces, and then nothing. i clicked on the stuff to the right and it made new pieces for star stuff. rinse wash repeat, back to a blank thing with no pieces and no progression. i guess i dont understand the game. its a shame the game looks interesting.

Nice idea, but I agree with you on the dragging feeling very tedious pretty quickly. I think @denvil is on to something as well. Try starting the game with a smaller selection and gradually build it up. I'm not sure what to do about the dragging though, maybe some kind of smart-snapping into place feature for the symbols? Definitely a freshly unique game!
It was fun to fit the shapes inside the box. I couldn't figure out what the upgrades do (High Priestess, Aetherium, Virgo etc.). I got the colors to change, and I consumed a lot of shapes.

Yeah some instructions or tutorial would have been nice. It is a cool looking game, but I was just clicking things to work out what they do. Looks good, nice one
Nice visual; style and concept here. Took a few goes to work out what was happening but a nice game. Well finished!
Love the art! I take some time to understand how the game works, the upgrades are a bit confusing. Like other comments I think a tutorial should help a lot. Overall great job!
Really clean visuals. Concept of game is little hard to understand, i guess this game went the other far off typical jam game being too hard to this being too easy. Really good job for a first jam game!!
thought the game was really clever, really amazing job for your first jam game! Thought the style was really unique and i really liked it! Thanks for leaving such great feedback on my game :D
I think a resounding notion for most games even my own is put a tutorial in the game. Maybe keep that as a note for next time, i thought that if there was more juice around dragging items then it would engage me more, but i did really like the gameplay :D

i think there's something wrong with your html 5 build. Failed to read the 'serviceWorker' property from 'Navigator': Service worker is disabled because the context is sandboxed and lacks the 'allow-same-origin' flag. It works on itch.io, I played it a bit and enjoyed it, took a little bit to understand what i was doing.
Like others have said, it's a bit confusing on the goal and what the upgrades are doing.
I'm not sure if this something a bit more casual like a clicker game or a puzzle game. I think you could have something here, but a bit tricky to say due to that.
Cool idea though.

Looks super interesting but was a bit confusing when I played it. Just like others have mentioned some kind of tutorial would be great
Hi, i had no clue what to do :/ Could you right a tutorial somewhere to explain how it works ? :)
Very interesting take on the cookie clicker ;). The game is pretty confusing though, especially the purpose of different upgrades. You could add something like tooltips on hover.
I spent some time moving shapes around but am not sure what it does - it seems I am not alone! I really like the art style though, and I like the cryptic nature of the progression... maybe a little bit less cryptic at least at first so the player can have a couple of "a-ha!" moments to get them hooked.
