Gameplay is good, art is okey  , some pizzas go inside the cars but it's not a problem, and the music only comes from the left earphone.

Congrats on finishing your first jam game! Pretty nice take on traffic dodging games, but I think the movement needs some adjusting: player a bit too fast and snappy compared to the rest of the traffic.
Great music. The menu theme goes way too hard! I kept dying the first times because I didn't understand the perspective/hitboxes. But once I got that it was smooth sailing.
Just an excellent. Well done. Good idea to increase timer when you pick up the pizza. Thanks for the great play!
Great effort. Nice and simple concept but it works well. Love the music
A nice addition would be adding some more difficulty as you play (sorry if it already does and I didn't reach that part).
Nice retro style game, especially for a first time !
The music is the highlight for me, great energy in the main menu and in game. The hitboxes between pizza, bike, and car took me a while to figure out but it was pretty fun after that.
Nice entry EPolygon team! The time pressure added a good level of tension and it was fun to try to slip between cars to get the precious pizza. It might have been nice to have started out with a little more time at the beginning though while I was figuring the game out, and then have the difficulty ramp up a little bit later. Great job though, especially for your first time!
Nice game, simple concept well executed! Be careful with mixing audio as it really has a strong impact :)
Congratulations on finishing your first game jam! I managed to get 51 slices (on my third play), then I accidentally went off of the screen.
One quick note. You should wait until the first slice of pizza is on the screen before starting the timer. On my second play through. By the time the first slice appeared I was in single digits and it spawned inside of a car.
Cool game! I really liked the music! And the art was nice too I did have some trouble understanding the hitboxes though.
Controls were tight and i felt like thew hitboxes were very fair (I could squeeze in and out to get a slice between cars haha). Music suited it well and the art was simple but recognisable. I would have liked a score at the end screen but otherwise good game!
Lots of fun playing this game, I was racing over the highway and stealing pizza from people throwing it out of their windows. The audio from the left was a little odd and the game became more easy over time, but it was really fun to play. Well done! :D Screenshot 2023-05-03 111737.png
Its great to see fellow highschool students participating in Jams! They are just such a great way to experience the entirety of game development process. Great job finishing a game, that in it of itself is a huge feat; especially great job for making such an enjoyable game! the tight controls were a good choice as opposed to a more floaty acceleration based movement system you might otherwise see on vehicles, and the touch of moving backwards faster than you do forwards at does of great job of giving the speed on the highway a frame of reference. Excited to see y'all in a future Jam if you so wish to participate :)
This was a great game! The time pressure added some extra level of difficulty between weaving between the cars. Music was great although would it did only end up laying through the left earphone. Art was well done as well! Nice work guys!
slightly awkward hitbox on the bike, pizza also kept spawning for me under vehicles so i couldn't get it :/ Good job though, loved the music!
The menu audio seemed a bit loud compared to the gameplay. Like other comments, I noticed the music only hitting my left speaker. It's a solid on the rails kind of collection game that is pretty fun to play. The artwork matches well and there doesn't seem to be any out of place visuals. Solid entry. :)
Pretty unforgiving, I think some lives or health would've been good. The timer was going down way too fast though I couldn't figure out how I was going to get to the destination in time
Cool little game, liked having to dodge cars to grab the pizza. I also think that health would've been better than getting one-shotted. Maybe the player already has pizza and if they hit a car it gets damaged. Then the less you get hit the better score you get for delivering it. Overall nice job for your first jam!
