I like the music and character art. Maybe you could try to make the combat more challenging. I found that you can cheese the game by simply walking past the enemies right to the end. Other than that, there are some building blocks for a fun game here.
The music was pleasant and the game is a decent challenge. It wasn't initially clear when you've beaten the game since, other than the package being delivered and being invulnerable, there wasn't feedback that you've won the game.
This was nerve wrecking! I was so afraid to get killed so I also ended up mainly running away. But then again - that's probably what I would've done as well if I were a mail delivery dude with this challenging task. Good job!
Nice game! I like the art and the controls are smooth and responsive, the gameplay is a challenging maze adventure, I suggest limited amounts of delivery and powerups. Overall I enjoyed playing! keep it up!
@pauldee427 Thank you for your constructive feedback, I did not try to cheese it myself, therefore this is a good advice! I'm happy to hear that you liked it as a base for a fun game :))
@phoenix-fireflower thank you for your feedback! :3 Unfortunately we hadn't enough time to implement the planned feedback for wins or looses in the end. But you are right, that would have been a good addition :>
@zettelkasten haha, that made me smile, thank you ;D I totally agree, he'd probably do that - at least I'd do that too (especially because of the avocado, it's surely hard to wash that out of the uniform).
@ironhandmd thank you for your kind and constructive feedback, I can relate to your suggestion, that's a good advice! :3

Quite a nice game. However I do not understand what to do as soon as I deliver the packet to the cat at the end. It just seems that at that point the collision detection stops working. The pixel art is nice :)
@stmatn Thank you very much :3 Relatable, that you were confused, here comes the explaination: as soon as you've delivered the package, you've won the game. Congratulations! unfortunately time ran out and we just implemented that last step where you deliver the package, but could not manage anymore to let the player know about the win... ^^'

The pixelart is nice and the shooting is fun. Missed some purpose after the buff cat, but it seems that just was an intended win condition without a win screen =).

Enemies are so cute, I'm not sure I do them any harm by shooting them, but that's probably a good thing in this case. Besides running from them is more fun, I imagined they were waiting for a delivery too and were running to me to ask whether I have it =) I also like the postman animation with his jumping cap. The game certainly has some potential.

Good dungeon crawler atmosphere, I did explore most of the cavern and destroyed most of the monsters before the final room with the cat. I wonder if in another version you would add stat tracking for monsters destroyed, floating combat for damage dealt, and a victory screen when the mail is delivered (maybe make the enemies disappear too when you win).
the little cap bouncing on the player hero was a nice touch, and all the sprites + their AI seemed all different and unique!
Wow! The idea is really cool, the ambiance is nice, the animation of the posthuman cap was neat *uwu* I replayed it thrice just because I had fun. I love the fact that we could spam the letters :P I would LOVE to see it polish, with damage feedbacks, screen following when we go up, a victory screen, etc... Gg guys!

@natirlich Oh, I see! It was the old problem of the ticking clock... I'm pretty sure every LD participant ever can relate to that situation. Well, I take your answer as notification of me winning ;P Thx for replying :)
Interesting game! I really liked the art and audio. I wish there was some more feedback when you hit enemies. I didn't even know you could kill them for a while. Some hitflash or screenshake might help.
Lost a city's worth of mail: 10/10. I think I won when the big package got thrown out at the end and I murdered everything in sight. It was a good time! I think I'd like enemies to have a little feedback when they get hit but otherwise the game looked nice and bright and I appreciated the context of the rope at the start! A good amount of enemy variation for a jam and the controls felt good. The music was good at giving a calming vibe too!
Well done with this! If you decide to do any more on this, I'd love to see the ability to explore in different directions a little too!
Don't really know how, but I think I bugged the game. I delivered a package to a the troll thingy at the end of the first level, it gave a big package and then, nothing. I couldn't interact with anything in anyway. Or am I missing something ?
The avocado ennemy got me once, apparently avocados are bad for your health, gotcha ! :p
The feel (sound effect, fluidity etc...) when delivering packages is great ! As mentioned by others, a feedback when we are hitting ennemies could greatly improve the game.
Nice entry, well done !
