Very beautifull game! Too bad I couldn't rate it for sound, because that was excellent as well. The only thing I regret is that it isn't possible to change the power of the shots. That would make the game a bit more interesting to play.

cloistered 2023-05-02 05:51

@kr0meel Thanks for playing,the source sounds are from internet so i closed the option even we do some work in it.We will consider the power your suggested~

nuin 2023-05-02 08:01

Cool idea and looks nice, but its really hard to tell where the light is going to go unless I was doing something wrong

cloistered 2023-05-02 08:22

@nuin Thanks for playing,as you said it is really difficult to see the direction directly because of the perspective.But if the flight path is displayed directly, it will become no challenge.I'm thinking of adding a skill to show it,this skill is recharged by the number of times the light is passed.

nuin 2023-05-02 08:26

@cloistered yeah thats a hard thing to balance, maybe you could make it an indicator, but have things in the way that move in and out so you have to time when to throw it?

cloistered 2023-05-02 08:41

@nuin Oh yes.We planned that,and something else like the light can rebound from buildings,wind to change the path.But unfortunately our lead programmer has an emergency and I can't do by myself.So I chose a easy way that I could do it.hahaha

nuin 2023-05-02 08:45

@cloistered all that matters is you made something :)

saumon 2023-05-02 13:22

very cool idea. a bit diffcult for me

cloistered 2023-05-02 14:41

@saumon Thanks for playing~

cylvlpak 2023-05-02 15:06

That's a cool idea! It's hard, of course, without some sort of sighting, camera rotation or first-person view to hit and calculate the trajectory clearly. All in all, good!

osullivp 2023-05-02 16:03

Great gameplay idea and very satisfying feedback when the light is caught. Some levels it took me a while to spot the star.

tayteus 2023-05-02 16:05

The day of the Tentacle... !!! Do you get it ? :mrs_claus: I enjoyed it, it was fun !

juutis 2023-05-02 16:37

I like the overall look and feel here, but like others already mentioned, this mechanic doesn't really work with the current camera perspective and the game becomes pretty much pixel hunting. I think you'd either need to change the perspective or revamp the mechanics so that the challenge comes from something else than just finding the correct angle.

cloistered 2023-05-02 19:55

@cylvlpak @osullivp Thanks for playing~

cloistered 2023-05-02 19:55

@tayteus Yeh~The day of the Tentacle!Thanks for playing~

cloistered 2023-05-02 19:56

@juutis Thanks for playing and feed back~

rezioz 2023-05-03 02:42

Nice concept ! It can be hard to aim sometimes, at a point where it can be frustrating... I gave up on level 5 :/ Maybe it comes from the unintuitive perspective... I don't know...

mrbamboo 2023-05-03 03:10

Nice concept, hard to be very precise

cloistered 2023-05-03 05:40

@rezioz @mrbamboo Thanks for playing and feed back~

liven 2023-05-03 11:05

Nice music. The "Restart" doesn't work for me

rigel 2023-05-03 14:41

Cool! I love the sound effects and visual feedback. The tentacle "looking towards" the ball is really cute and can help me determine direction. Accurate delivery is a bit difficult due to the perspective.

brandon-campbell 2023-05-03 15:22

Cool idea and well executed, but aiming gets frustrating because of the fixed perspective.

the-martijn 2023-05-03 18:07

I liked the idea, but in some of the levels the tentacles were a bit hard to see.

ruslana 2023-05-03 18:13

Nice idea, the game is pretty finished for 3 days. For me it was not very comfortable to play because of far camera view and small arrow and ball. I like how tentacles work, good job!

cloistered 2023-05-04 01:55

@liven @rigel @brandon-campbell @the-martijn @ruslana Thanks for playing and feed back~

butterflan 2023-05-04 14:45

I like the concept x) It's very sad I didn't get to pass the second level :c The perspective is a little bit...weird ?

cloistered 2023-05-05 02:41

@butterflan Thanks for playing and feed back~The perspective seems weird because it's correct.Don't trust your eyes,hahahaha:)

drainkid 2023-05-05 02:51

Cute game! Though I had to aim a little bit off from the target to hit stuff - think some more tuning may be required there. Still, good job :)

cloistered 2023-05-05 02:59

@drainkid Thanks for playing and feed back~

jb-rock 2023-05-07 21:30

Fun little game! Had a little difficulty aiming correctly but it otherwise handled well.

cloistered 2023-05-08 04:01

@jb-rock Thanks for playing and feed back~

vodzik 2023-05-12 18:54

Fun Game with nice graphic's. Ading post processing (bloom) would show that this ball is light, as your game descryption suggests. Unfortunately, it's sometimes very hard to aim. Moving cars in the background bring the scene to life.

stormcat 2023-05-17 14:34

Cool game! It can be a little hard to aim, but it was fun overall. I also enjoyed going for trickshots and aiming straight for the last tentacle.

robertthebastian 2023-05-17 17:36

Cool game! As others have said the perspective of the camera made it a bit challenging at times but overall I had fun, a good Jam game - will be interesting to see if you expand an polish it, could be a fun mobile puzzler. Good Job!

cloistered 2023-05-18 14:37
