Enjoyed playing it, pity the rest of your team couldn't participate. Would have loved to try the other mechanics you had planned out.

This is a neat idea, although short it was full of cool ideas! Those other planned mechanics sounded awesome, shame your team couldnt participate. Overall good entry!
This is a pleasant bit of fun, I love the artwork and sprites, especially the BG planes. Using the pizza as a multipurpose tool was a great idea, bravo!
This is a fun little game! I'd definitely be interested in seeing some more of those pizza types that you mentioned be implemented, but working with a reduced team it's understandable that it didn't quite make it in in time. Some of the movement feels a bit imprecise, but fortunately there's no fall damage so that didn't really play much of an inconvenience! Good work!
The platform pizza gameplay is a good idea ! The fact that I used food to knock out rats made me lough ! I enjoyed playing it too :) Cute voice effects :p
Great platformer! Loved using the pizza as a platform, though the two pizzas could have been more visually distinct from each other, a couple of times I used the boomerang as a platform and wondered why it kept disappearing. Cute art and animations!
I loved the idea of a pizza that could be both a weapon and platform! You did well!
Loved the graphics and how well everything meshed with the UI. The controls felt a little clunky but overall it was really fun and incredibly polished! Great job
Good job on what you managed to get done! The controls are snappy and the pizza mechanic was clever. The actual movement seemed too fast in general, hopping in a quick second, though the level design was easy enough to go through. It may have been better to have two pizza that could be thrown. There was one ledge with a rat on it that I was sure I needed to hop around until my platform came back to hit it, but the rat did not actually walk the entire length of the ledge. It was good forgiving level design, but it felt limited in a way.
I liked throwing a pizza at the end level guy, so I was able to make him say yay over and over. Good luck if you continue this with the full team! Good work!
This was really cute! I loved the mechanics, and the pixel art was great!
I think the amount of time spent on waiting for a pie to return hurts the flow a bit. It's super cool to manifest platforms in a platformer, but during sections with a lot of platforming or switching between platforming and attacking I think it could use a little bit of leniency. Maybe throwing out multiple pizzas at a time, or making the return near instantaneous.
The music also was a bit short/repetitive I felt and could have greatly benefited from some drums. All things considered I think this is really cool and I hope you guys get together and finish it with some of those other ability ideas!
Kingdom Come pun intended). By far the coolest interpretation of the pizza theme (amidst so many pizzas in this jam)!
It was fun game to play. I discovered that I could jump on the pizza boomerang, so it seemed to me that the pizza platform was unnecessary. The game can be completed without it, and switching between pizzas is not very convenient anyway :)
I enjoyed the game. If you had a bit more time it could be a nice idea to visually differenciate which pizza you are holding on your player. I found it difficult to remember which mode I was in - it wasn't natural for me to look at the bottom left. Also, it would be nice if it were more obvious whether the pizza is in your box or out in the world by looking at your player. There may be some subtle differences but they were too subtle for me if there were any!
Well done 👏🏻
It's very nicely done! The platforming elements are not difficult, the world is fun to traverse, and the concept itself is amusing and original. Graphics are very nice, consistent and pleasing. Different death animations for all the enemies are a very nice touch in jam time!
My only, minor, complaint is the time it takes for the pizza to return to you. Could be somewhat shorter.
I also have a wondering: how much does the customer really like this pizza with bits of rat, alligator teeth and my bootprint in the middle? He seems ecstatic... I guess there is no accounting for taste
Nice game and very clever mechanic idea! I think, pizza with pineapple will be ultimate weapon and tool (ha-ha, I know someone hate it, but I love). Good job!
Fun game, really cleanly done, had no issues. The graphics looked nice and the music was good too. Not sure if it was intentional, but if you click mouse 1 rapidly with boomerang pizza you can make it move without coming back to you, which was actually pretty fun.
I liked the change of mechanics, and great graphics.
real cool game, shame you didn't get to implement the trampolin cheese pizza lol. that would have been awesome. nevertheless awesome game and well done.
The pizza flavours having different powers can be a fun mechanic for a bigger game, so nice work on the idea ^^ Graphics and sound on point and everything works really well (which is not something so common in this jam xd) Nice entry!
It's a very pleasant and polished game. The core mechanic is interesting. The graphics and visual style are beautiful.
I loved the pizza switching mechanic in combination with the pizza "recall" mechanic! A really cool concept. Having the character movement be a little slower when travelling through the air could allow for some real nail-biting mid-air platforming. A really solid foundation with some lovely visual flair. Great job!
nice graphics, very nostalgic
Love the idea and how well this games hangs together! It's short but feels cohesive and carefully crafted. The pizza platform mechanic was very cool, though I kept trying to throw the pizza under myself and always ended up with it over my head. The controls sometimes felt a bit unresponsive -- variable jumping would be a nice addition.
A bit more graphical feedback would also be useful. The two pizzas weren't that visually differentiated, and some visible damage on the crocodile in level 3 to indicate its health would have been nice as well. Another mechanic that might be cool is if you could eat some of the pizza to regain health, but this would penalize you at the end of the level.
