This was amazing! I loved everything about it. The audio was amazing! Great game!
The concept alone had already made me laugh, but some of the "towers" were just too good! The game itself is a little too easy, but its pretty fun nonetheless. Good job overall!!!
A bit easy, and the cursor stay on screen while the ingame placement is offset which is a bit confusing. Next time don't forget to hide.cursor !

Nice game, although I think the people are moving a bit too slow. Music fits good and the graphics are alright. The cursor and positioning of the objects is a bit confusing.

The game was too easy, but I didn't care because I really wanted to "unlock" all the builds. The Karen and Libertarian had me rolling, so funny!
The hardest part of this game was withstanding the sound of a thousand sprinklers. Was it worth spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on my home sprinkler system in order to avoid taxes? Yes. Yes it was. Taxation is tough man. 6/10

Funny story and execution. Love the funny sound effects and voice overs. I think the game is much too easy, because you can build up all your defenses in the first lane, but it was still fun overall. Good job for your first game jam!
Clever take on the theme. Those voice lines are hilarious, it's unfortunate I had to play the later levels on mute :laughing: Really impressive that you made so many different types of defenses. Congrats on the entry!
Maybe you should pay your taxes. Because the economy is completely unbalanced. The sprinklers are way too cheap I just filled the start with them and won easily. Still a pretty fun game. The voice acting was a nice touch.
If only I'd known committing tax fraud was this fun! great take on the theme. As others have said it was pretty unbalanced, maybe a grid-based system like some tower defense games use would have also been good so you could not stack sprinklers together, for example. But it was still pretty fun. The different tower types were funny and imaginative. Good work!

Funtake on the TD genre. As @leking noted, sprinklers are OP :D After level 1 I invested all my money in spriklers and put them in the first hairpin curve. Even the oncle sams could barely make it to the second turn. Also the mouse input was way off. Maybe the reason was my resolution, but it seemed that the x and y coordinates were devided by 2 or 3.
However, the voiced lines were quite funny. All in all nice entry.

Fun game! I do wish that I could continue to place defenses after starting a run. Otherwise good job though!
