Pretty good. I like style and concept, it's funny to kill musicians at all.. But I think music is bit annoying..

hfsevans 2023-01-10 06:03

Pretty fun!

taikinaaa 2023-01-10 20:47

Great game!

undev-games 2023-01-10 21:42

What a weird game! hahaha Loved it!

back2zero 2023-01-10 22:53

This was wild! I loved crushing those people. Great game!

mactinite 2023-01-10 23:21

Great game! graphics were really outstanding!

automatonvx 2023-01-11 00:06

like the concept, mowing down ravers is probably more fun than it should be.

niterich 2023-01-11 00:56

I really enjoyed the visuals in this game! Especially the inclusion of an intro cutscene, you don't see that a lot in game jam games! I thought the concept was really fun too.

My only complaint might be in the optimization department? This is one of the few Unity games from a game jam that made my aging laptop slow down a lot. Maybe having fewer grass or hair strands might help boost performance for lower-spec gamers?

najimi 2023-01-11 00:59

Definitely didn't expect that, had a lot of fun playing it! It was really hard to get past the blasters and holy jesus, what was up with the Scooby Doo vans? :D Thanks for the game :) Reminds me of Carmageddon

Haha, love the concept. I struggled a but with the vehicle physics though.

mika314 2023-01-11 07:03

The controller is a bit awkward and the moving left and right has a lot of inertia, but the sound effects and rave music in the background are solid. The graphics are well-done, and the game has some humor taking into account the ridiculousness of the whole premise. Overall, it's a fun and unique game that could benefit from some more polish on the controller. Keep up the good work!

1460m and 160km/h is my personal best. Did take a while to figure out the game but when I did I had a blast!

fuse-in-a-bowl 2023-01-11 12:05

Time for some simple fun! Nice idea, and the intro cutscene was funny.

The steering felt like you could start turning faster than it would return to straight. If you're using the Unity input system to balance it, I'd recommend increasing the gravity to at least as high as the sensitivity.

The different set pieces gelled well with the rest of the game, they were a good addition to the core mowing-people-down gameplay. Nice job!

hexyvexy 2023-01-11 12:53

A neat idea, but as has been mentioned the steering was pretty stiff which doesn't lend itself well to the arcadey score attack nature of the project. Intro cutscene was an impressive inclusion though.

Once I heard the lower end of the music come in when progressing far enough to get to the loudspeakers, I felt compelled to see how far I could get :stuck_out_tongue:

rezioz 2023-01-11 22:33

My best score is arround 10000 ^^ that was so satisfying to play, I can't get enough of this one !

mnocenti 2023-01-11 22:50

@rezioz Wow, 10000 is a seriously impressive score ! Well done

tinykidtoo 2023-01-12 06:47

I loave the blood effects, they are very well done. Makes it really satisfying when you "harvest" someone :) Overall I had a lot of fun at the rave.

witchgf 2023-01-12 13:36

That was some chaotic experience, well done

mhorth 2023-01-12 23:30

Woooo a 3D game with cutscenes and werewolf converting animations?! Damn this is impressive, great job everyone! I found the steering to be a little bit floaty and hard to control exactly where I wanted to go, but I guess the game probably would have been too easy with perfect steering?

breadstick 2023-01-13 07:53

Hail, fellow combine-running-people-over team!

The opening cinematic was hilarious, and the gameplay was a lot of fun--accelerating through the fields and dodging the cars flying at your face while people raved around you. My record was meters shy of 2km. Hilarious and polished game overall. Nicely done!

poboy 2023-01-13 07:59

Omg the music. And the ravers and the stage. Holy hell. I'm dying, this is amazing. Great game!

hayricakir 2023-01-13 18:04

This game is similar to my entry :D I liked the atmosphere

mnocenti 2023-01-13 18:46

@mhorth the steering was something we wanted to improve but didn't have the time. For most of us it's our very first game, so we spent a lot of time on just making it work. I would have loved to have a full day for tweaks and balancing, maybe next time ! Luckily, as you said the steering ended up adding some difficulty which the game would have lacked otherwise. Thanks for the kind words :)

@hayricakir haha yes, when we saw your game, all of us were like "omg this is what we wanted to do at the start" ! We even wanted to add an upgrade system between runs, but that had to be cut.

@breadstick @poboy great minds think alike  Thanks a lot, I'm glad you enjoyed the game !

@fuse-in-a-bowl thanks for the tip, I'll experiment with changing the gravity. And thanks for playing !

digivorix 2023-01-26 22:03

I like that you put time into adding an opening cutscene, it's not necessary but it helps establish the idea of the werewolf tractor instead of leaving it to the imagination (I probably would have thought it was some crazy old farmer driving the thing). The gameplay loop is simple but does the job. The infinite world generation also helps ensure that you can keep going until you've either had enough or run out of fuel.

The only real nitpick I have is how the skybox image isn't static. The way it rotates as you move kind of disorients me while I am trying to focus on the surrounding terrain. Other than that good job.

justmars 2023-01-26 22:06

Extremely fun gameplay! Once you get in a flow flying through the fields is very satisfying. Great audio work also, the positional effect of the stereos etc. sounded very nice. The humorous cutscene at the beginning was well executed too. Amazing job overall!
