For some reason this gives me an

Error The following features required to run Godot projects on the Web are missing: Cross Origin Isolation - Check web server configuration (send correct headers) SharedArrayBuffer - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)

Interesting idea, I like the traits!

@supremekurt Thanks for letting me know! What browser/system were you trying from? I'll look into it asap

@connorwmackay Thanks! The traits were really fun to come up with, and worms make a very easily modifiable base haha

@bosco I was on Firefox and i've seen elsewhere that this messes with godot because FF doesn't support some functionality. Maybe thats the problem.

I like how the farm and valhalla modes offer different kinds of fun, when I am bored of farm mode I go to valhalla and vice versa.

The game played well for me on Chrome, but on Firefox and Safari I got the following error when I tried to play:

Error The following features required to run Godot projects on the Web are missing: Cross Origin Isolation - Check web server configuration (send correct headers) SharedArrayBuffer - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)

Like others, firstly had error on Firefox but then can play it on Chrome, I just had encoding problems on some characters in Farm menu and on some worms traits. But it did not impact the pleasure of playing your game. Really fun and well done ! But I wonder if it's infinite? I stopped after defeating 1000 demons ^^

I played on chrome and it worked fine for me. :) Great humor with the names and it simply reminded me of a cookie clicker type. I personally didn't understand the end game. Would maybe have preferred an idea of lets say send 100 worms to valhalla as soon as possible or something that limits the player and forces the player to try to find new tactics to reach a goal during a duration of time or. Maybe even reach this much power and create the greatest Viking worms in the harvest universe! But with that being said, I might have played it a tad more than I care to admit. Really enjoyed it! :)

I agree with @resevoir it was nice to be able to switch between farm and valhalla mode whenever I wanted. Definitely kept me playing for longer

Sending wormies to Valhalla has never been so fun. Or so effective... I mean, how many times have you heard about demon-eating wormies?

I encountered the Firefox error too, but it looks like this has been an ongoing issue for a couple years: https://itch.io/t/1719746/implementation-of-sharedarraybuffer It looks like Chrome (or another Chromium) is the solution for the moment.

The balance of the game was kinda fun. The wormies were super effective at killing demons, so I had an abundance of money which translated to even more wormies, etc.

As always, it would have been cool to see more animations (who doesn't want to see epic wormie attack animations?), but I think you nailed down the basic concept. As others have already said, an end game condition would have been cool - something to work toward. Or maybe we just missed it  .

Thanks for sharing your game!

great submission. The number go up and my brain tingles. As others have mentioned, I liked having the two areas to jump between, keeping it fresh. It wasn't immediately obvious to me that you could click the worms to send them marching but once i worked that out it was great. Also, and this is just personal preference, one suggestions would be to instead of having the large scroll container containing all the worms, just a have a single button which sends the most powerful since this is what you end up doing anyway. Nice one

I got this to work in Chrome, as others have said, and it was surprisingly fun. I enjoyed pitting my legally-distinct wormies against demons in Valhalla. Awesome job!

OK idiot, heres the situation: Your game is actually very fun to play. It has great aesthetics and athmosphere as well as great game design. Awesome submission, hats off! Thanks for the game, enjoyed it very much! :)

Cute, it's an interesting pair of gameplay loops! Would be nice if I didn't have to scroll through the worm list to send them all out in glorious battle.

Pretty cool! Lots of different systems all working together. I would have liked an easier way to launch all of my worms, or seeing which ones were already out, I spent too much time clicking at random, especially at the beginning where it was unclear that the worms were buttons. I liked all of the different worm descriptions, and the fact that the worms looked different when fighting in wormhalla.
