Great submission, good balance of difficulty & play. Really liked the art and music fit the mood well. Solid core game loop on your hands. Good luck on the jam.

any chance for the windows version? the web one on itch runs with low fps on my laptop (GTX 1070 MAX-Q) but the game looks very interesting
I like the game, pretty addictive. The performance drop at a certain point though makes it unplayable after a couple of minutes.
Fun game, solid meaningful decision making - and I like the Factorio-Like possibility to move out of your base and kill them where it hurts!
Good job all around!
@cannibalgirl @simeon-radivoev thanks for the feedback. I've put the downloadable jar file on itch now. We are looking into why it's so laggy on html.
@joey-shipley @lewl thanks for the feedback! Really happy you enjoyed it :D
Nice game, enjoyed playing and figuring out the weapons and how to balance ressource/titanite harvesting.
Really well done game with a lot of potential if you ever consider expanding it.
Great art and a great base for the gameplay! I think it needed some balancing or speeding up the pace as it got monotonous a bit quickly, but I liked the weapon variety and concept for sure.
pretty cool game! i like all the little abilities your little guy can do and i love the idea, i do wish there was more to build than just the turrets and mining facilities however, and after a while i hit a WALL of lag, but it was fun! and i really enjoyed playing it, animations would also be a great touch to it, great job!!!
Nice one! It's good to be able to move around to defend your constructions, it helps a lot when building more resource stations than turrets. 😅 Good game!
This game should have more comments. It is too good. One of the games that I spent most time playing...this should count :) Good replayability value.
Cool game, it really felt like playing a mini RTS.
Thanks all for the feedback - a v1.1 version uploaded to the itch.io site that makes several performance improvements as people had reported lag late stage in the game. (v1.0 still available)
Great concept and execution! You've really nailed the tension between the desire to expand your base and the constant need to protect it Only nitpick is that the sound effects feel a bit repetitive
Well done! Had a couple of Starship Trooper flashbacks :D So many bugs :D Such a great entry!
I love the stratagy games and happy to see it on game jam. Spent 30+ min in your game =D Great work.
Solid gameplay, nice simple start before it ramps up in difficulty. Can only manage 10 minutes or so before the huge hoards overwhelm me, really enjoy playing. Like the art and the sounds
game was fun to play with , but I couldn't figure out how to grow my rovers. The enemies swarmed like anything. It feels like a base building game. would love to see more of it.
Pretty neat little game - I played the html5 version and the performance was pretty annoying.
I liked the artwork and the ambiance of the music. I don't tend to play very many games like this, so I can't really comment on the gameplay itself very much, but it seems like a solid implementation to me!
I recorded my gameplay experience in this video, your game is at the **33:41** mark: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TPsLkQIfYE
Really like the graphics! Good job making engaging mechanics, got super focused while playing this one :)
Fun RTS! I really like the ability to play as a "hero" unit and switch between combat and building at any time. Having only two resources like Starcraft was a smart choice, and still provides plenty of challenge without increasing the game's scope unnecessarily. The sound is really well done, especially the helpful voice lines like "you are damaged, heal at base" that help you understand how to play while the action is happening.
The menu music is cool and immediately helps set the isolated, barren tone of the planet surface. The weapon abilities are great too, and balanced nicely with one another. The acid and fire are my favorites, but they're all fun. I played this one for quite a while and really enjoyed it - great work! score52.PNG
This was sooo cool -i had a bunch of fun playing this! Really good moody, strange planet music and the sound design was great -liked all the voices! The game play was really good, and I liked the graphics a lot too! Trying to protect everything got really difficult -surprised how well it performed in browser with all those critters -ran pretty smooth for me even with a lot of them! Really nice work on this!! :D
graphics is awesome ...your gameobjects synced with the sound effects...it's cute!!good work...
amazing entry, visuals are super polished
sound desgin is really great too
Very polished and nice balance, congratulations!
Very nice game. And good concept! :rocket:
Thanks for putting a goal of gems to reach. Often jamer set just an endless mode which to test is quite frustrating ^^ The game is challenging but not too hard !
Add little bit of feedbacks effect (hurt and shoot) and it would be perfect!
