This is a great game. I love little turn-based puzzle/strategy games like this because the discrete set of options make each choice feel meaningful and they let you plan a couple of moves ahead. This game is no exception, it gets very addicting. I wish that there were fewer drops that help you move around quickly (I felt like I could move around well already) and more that removed water, but that could have just been bad rng luck on my part. :D
Good concept and good execution. It's simple but clever. Oh and thanks for including the keys rebinding setting :v: great job !

@nathan-wiles yeah you right, i was planning to has an shockwave item that explode in an circle shape but then realise making an grid circle are out of my ability so i just scrap the idea entirely.
nice game :)

Nice game, good take on the theme, good gameplay. Well done overall !
Cool concept. The picking up/using items seemed a little wonky at first. Overall great entry.

This game felt very complete for a 48-hour production. I like the variety of pick-ups available, though I thought some had dubious utility, such as the dash to the border. I wish I could drop those if picked up. One minor request would be to have some kind of indicator which tiles are about to become flooded on the next turn. That might help with tactical decision making.
Very original! The graphics are simple but they work when teleported (is the teleport icon a portal?) I feel that if I play another 5 rounds, I can survive until about 500 points.
Congratulations!
Neat game! Takes a little while for the turns to get relevant, but it's fun trying to stay alive at the end once the board's almost all full. Controls and such all work well.
I like this game, the items are unique, useful and fun. Overall well done! (Though an indication of when they are going to disappear soon, like flashing sprite or something, may have been nice)

Really fun and simple! I like the idea of water filling up the screen each turn you make! The sound effects are also pretty good!
Great job, my high score is 357

Really cool and super clever item ideas. The map was completely flooded by about 300 points for me but I managed to get over 500 in the end. I really felt like I was delaying the inevitable here. Just trying to last a few more steps. Good work!
Solid execution! It fits the theme beautifully, and you're clear about all of the rules.

Cool idea and nice execution! The only issue I found is that using teleport does not pick the item you teleport on.

Very nice idea, I like that the player doesn't immediately die after they touch the water. Veriety of items is nice too. The game could use some polish like animations and music. I got 271 points. GJ!

Neat game, I like the way the water spreads over time, reminds me of some cellular automata (well I suppose in a way it is :D). I found a minor issue that teleporting on a coin doesn't collect it. Thanks for the remappable keys, my left hand is pretty bad so I really appreciate it!
This is an interesting sort of puzzler. It starts with plenty of space, but as the entire field is drowned the movement towards different items becomes quite tactical. The items are crucial to surviving, and are generously supplied even when almost all tiles are covered in water. The power up that freezes all tiles may be a tad broken as it kept me alive for quite a while, and there were even scenarios where two would be on the field at once. The single inventory slot is a nice limitation, it resulted in my strategy of chaining items to ensure safety. Technically all is quite solid, though I struggled with teleporting or dashing onto tiles and not picking up the items with a free inventory space. I also noticed ice tiles cleared with the bomb would be refilled with water as soon as the turn count ended. Overall really well done, 634 is my best score.
