OMG I tapped space twice and errors are just flooding out  Maybe it's a null reference error and you may want to look into it?
It's quite a hard game I must say. If there is more guidance and visual performance, that'll be really cool.
Well done! Since you made this out of vanilla JavaScript, I guess it must be a hard time writing code. Very well done!
I had quite a bit of time just trying to navigate. Dealing with puzzles was fun.

Props for building this from scratch, nice work! Took a look at the code and it was fun to read.

@lighty-the-light - Thanks, fixed the bug.
If you're curious it was caused by the code trying to use the negative first delivery in the list. I had put protection for invalid selections on the arrow keys there but forgot to fix the default selection, thus leaving the code to try to parse an invalid value when drawing every frame.

The controls are a but tedious, it'd be nice if I could comfortable use 2 hands, but interesting game otherwise, I wish there was a little sound and a little more to do/spend money on

I didn't get very far. the idea is good but controls are a bit cumbersome. maybe using one or two keys to switch between items and maybe having to tap the repair options instead of just looking at the bars going up and down. i could imagine a very hectic game of tap tap tapping to keep it all together and a shop from the start would be good. even if items are greyed out. just to see what i can spend my earnings on to motivate the player to keep going. some basic sounds would also do a lot for emersion. Great job with coding from scratch. i had the same issue and ram out of time but stil am glad to have submitted at least something. good on you for that too!
I like the idea and it didn't take long for me to understand the gameplay. I wish the controls were more concise and visible to me while playing. Otherwise, the humor is spot on. Well done!
I liked the quick switching to fix systems, gave me a warioware mad dash feel which was fun. I was also feeling a strong FTL vibe from the text descriptions that I enjoyed.
A ship visualization would be really humorous to add if you continue working on the game, it'd be fun to see random events impact the ships systems and to see how the ship responded to those (and the repairs).
I think having the hotkeys spaced out would be less crowded for my hands.
Overall I enjoyed the game!

Cool game, seemed quite difficult at first but actually pretty good difficulty wise once I'd got the hang of it! "Percussive Maintenance" is excellent

@eonarheim FTL was definitely an inspiration for the tone of the humor, though I think I got a fair bit of my own style in there.
Funnily enough, all of those suggestions were part of my original idea, but I knew that would be too ambitious. The plan was for the player to be running around the ship to the different systems dealing with a mix of random breakdowns as well as events. This would have also worked as a visualization of the ship and the damage. I knew I was far too inexperienced to get all that done in a weekend though, so I scaled it back to a UI game.
Cool idea! The controls took a minute to get used to, but they actually worked pretty well once I got going. I didn't fully understand what was going to happen by reading the instructions, but the game explains itself very well.
I had fun, and it's easy to imagine a few more bells and whistles thrown on if you ever want to expand the concept. Thanks for the game, and congrats on your first jam! :)
Really fun game but it kinda lack the part that feel inevitable. Maybe everytime you do a quick repair it consume the max value would have push the feeling of : you can't maintain the ship this way. And maybe a loan taking your money away to force you into harder contract
Very hectic exercise in crisis management. Would have been nice to switch between systems with arrow keys. Nice first entry, keep on coding!

This is not bad for a first time! I'm not really good in crisis management games, but it was fun to try
