The game is really cute. I love the pixel artwork done in it. I wasn't quite sure how to pick up the scraps left behind by the cars and straws. Interactive clarity would be nice on plants and what tool I had out at the time (often I have meant to plant a plant but wound up watering the spot instead. Overall very creative take on the game and quite pleasant to look at! Great job!

Amazing pixel art and really nice, relaxing music too. Love the game mechanics. My only suggestions would be to add a speed up button (since there are moments when the player just waits). Great job with the game!
I love the artstyle! Pickung up scrap should be easier and have some separate action, I accidentally removed some of my plants. :sob: The game also gets boring if you have enough plants to make the heat go down again (a secret ending for reaching the normal heat level again would be cool). You could also try turning on the fullscreen option on itch.io. Oh, and i spent waaaaaaaay more time playing this game than I intended, and I think you should take that as a big compliment.
I think you have a solid foundation here. The concept is great, and the artwork and audio support it very well. I think it could use some fine-tuning. I would start by making everything go maybe 4x faster. Either I didn't know what was happening or there is just a lot of waiting for plants to grow. It didn't look like my spruces were fighting the cars; I don't really know how that whole part of it works. But a great starting point, congrats on the entry!
Quick enjoyable game AFTER i stopped myself being to impatient ! Well to be honest i had three phase : At first i was "With isn't it MOVING i have NO seed!!! Nothing is growing!!!" then after i realised that it just take time i was "Okay this is a chill game we must just be patient and enjoy the vibe it give ... Oh WAIT my bar is almost full *Panic* ... Oooooh it's just one of many bar okay ! Everything is okay let's make a field" but night came and two roses for defense ... Well doesn't cut it ! "Oh some car that nice go my roses gooo ! Oh wait there is a LOT ! TO MUCH !" Well in short the game is nice and polish but there might be a confusion as to the pace of the game : does it want to be a chill game where you plant and wait for water and the growth of plant to gather and you enjoy the relaxing and the constuction of something OR it's more of a fast pace game where you build an economy and destroy wave of ennemie after the other with impending doom at your door.
So if it's the first then maybe going easier on the ennemy and give indicator of growth would probably be beneficial. If it's the second then resolving the first shortage of seed at the start of the game before your first plant grow AND the trickling amount of water would give a more hands on aproach.
But to be honest having this kind of question just shows how polish and "complete" your game already is ! Good job ;)

The music is very relaxing, and the art is detailed.
It took me a while to realize I needed to harvest plants for seeds, but everything else was easy to understand.
Being able to speed the game up would be nice especially while trying to learn the game mechanics.
Graphics are really good, but somewhat inconsistent because of the title screen, gray blocks and design of the enemies. The mood is nice, but the gameplay needs some work, mostly because it's too slow, as others have said, and it took me a while to understand everything I should do. That said, you indeed have a nice concept – plant tower defense hahaha – and a solid implementation here.
Would've been nice to be able to fullscreen the game, rather hard to read some of the text because of the default size for me. Zooming in helps, but definitely not as good as fullscreen would have been. Nice game, and relaxing mood. Felt a little like a mix between plants vs zombies, viva pinata, and Terra Nil. Difficult to tell when or how many times I can use the tools, and seems to be rather slow to start off so some mechanics to manipulate time as another mentioned would be interesting to see.
Pretty little game! I like the theme here, and everything is quite polished. The gameplay could benefit from some adjustments, but the core mechanics are definilty there! Good job!
Incredibly beautiful and cute game! All the graphics and sound are great! All together it gives a pleasant relaxing mood. Also, I like all you UI style. It seems to me that sometimes after opening the menu, pressing stops working. Also, I really need time acceleration  Thanks for making this game!
An incredible title. Great graphics, addictive gameplay and sounds so realistic, I thought for a second some birds were right outside my window. Quite chill and reminding me of farming games I played during my childhood with an interesting twist. Keep up your work!

Nice! I love the pixel art and music, and even the interface is very polished.
Put me down as another who didn't realize I needed to harvest my plants for seeds. I planted some sunflowers then spent ages sitting there clicking everything _but_ them to try and find more seeds. In retrospect it makes perfect sense though. Well, except that I used a sickle to cut down a tree!
I wish the water recharged faster or filled up more or something so that it was less of a 'click every x seconds' chore. Maybe there could be some plants that give water when harvested as well or something so that you can ramp up production over time.
This game is beautiful. I cannot get over how amazing the artwork is.

It looks and sounds great but sadly I found the gameplay to be a bit too slow.
