That's a very good game! A simple story with expressive characters, both in graphics and the writing, a good merge between 2D and 3D for immersive backgrounds and good use of environment for storytelling.
Overall, a great experience.

Lovely game. Nice music and graphics. Multiple endings is a first for me on here.

Super nice game! I really like the graphics, and the characters all seem to have a lot of charm in their designs!
This game needs more plays! I was so blown away after playing, didn't expect to have such a lovely experience. I absolutely fell in love with the characters, the pixel art was so good, would love to work with the artist on a project. Highlight was defintely the rope maker who could detect a rope wanter was hilarious. I think I would have liked to see the whole world in pixel art, but thats just a preference. Well done guys.
Fantastic game! Gives me a little bit of hollow knight feels. The landscaping is and atmosphere is absolutely sublime, the pixel art is great, and the music is incredible. Not only that, but you managed to produce on OST 15 minutes long in only 3 days?! As an aspiring composer, this is a level of productivity that I can only dream of. I actually went back for a second playthrough just to see the second ending haha. The standout character for me was definitely the rope maker. Incredible work overall!
The mix of 2d character sprites with 3d environments really worked for me. I would love to see a more involved rpg made with this art style. This project was short enough that I went ahead and got both endings. Intense ladder gameplay indeed.
An absolutely charming game! The characters are so unique and distinct, both in personality and appearance. The pixel art of the characters as well as the environment is beautiful. It's as fun as a walking simulator gets, but it is still an absolutely amazing game. Great job!
Oops, forgot to mention as well the ABSOLUTELY MASTERFUL SOUNDTRACK!!! Seriously though, the music really sets a mood.
Great art! The audio doesn't quite match up to the visuals though, and makes the game feel quite empty. The opening cutscene was so detailed, and such a great touch, but with only one sound effect it felt unfinished. I really enjoyed walking to the village. The mixture of pixel art and 3D worked really well, and the landscape and features to navigate around changed at a rate that kept me engaged. The inclusion of a rain sound effect was a great idea, but being located at a specific point in the game world made it feel wrong: the rain was visually surrounding me, but sounded like it was ahead/to the right, until it was behind/to the left. Triggering a stereo ambience to start playing as you enter the rainy area, and stop as you leave, would work better. I also got a bug after talking to one of the villagers in a house. After talking to them, every time I pressed the up key, the dialogue was started again, even back out in the world, so I could not climb any ladders. Because the introduction took quite a while, I didn't restart and get to play the whole game, which is a shame, as I was enjoying the peaceful gameplay and the relaxing world. Thanks for sharing!

@samuel-hollywood-summers thank you for playing! do you remember which NPC triggered that bug? That’s a pretty major issue so I’ll go and fix it if possible.

Really nice game! Mood and aesthetic was great. If I had to nitpick I'd say that the camera could be adjusted a bit. Either by reducing the amount it can wander off the player, or just don't reset it when coming to a standstill. At the moment if you stop and start walking, it will wave around a lot.
Loved it! The mix between 2D and 3D reminded me of some old PSX games such as Xenogears and Star Ocean. I enjoyed the mood and how well made the graphics were. I always get impressed when people use 3D + 2D in creative ways such as this. Congrats!
very good job

It reminds me a lot of undertale with those interesting dialogues and character design. Can not really relate to the theme though, maybe its my poor understanding.

This is really good.
The use of 2D sprites in a 3D environment is something I haven't seen before, and it looks fantastic.
The story was a perfect fit for a short game. I always enjoy endings that take me a couple of minutes to realize the true implications of what they are saying.
The music is a real standout. I had the music playing while I was talking to someone. Normally I would have muted it, but it sits in the background so well that I left it playing. At the same time it comes to the foreground to accentuate the key story moments quite nicely.
Overall this game is a hidden gem that I am happy to have played.

I loved the graphics, this will definitely inspire me for future games! The music fits super well too.
The gameplay has nothing fancy but the controls are pleasant and there are not too much back and forth in the fetch quests.
Thanks a lot I had a good time 💕
