Really cool game ! It's a really funny gameplay ! I couln'd get more than 9 fishes haha :)
Really solid game, the penguin animations are very sweet.
The "a shark is chasing you" warning noise fits in really nicely with the music, some good Jaws vibes from it gradually speeding up as the sharks get closer!
"Cool" game! Nice controls and good looking Penguin.
Fun! I loved the art
Nice game! I liked the music and graphics.
Cool penguin animation and control. Love the level design. And I notice a bug: If I control the penguin swim to the right end of the sea. I can jump to the right land and go to a unknown sea...... Overall, nice atmosphere created and good jobs!!!
Cute game! I liked the progression. The artstyle is really nice, the penguin animation is so good. I like the way the penguin feels when you're controlling it!
Sometimes it feels like the shark is popping up a bit too unexpectedly, specifically when going up or down (and maybe even more if you've purchased a speed upgrade), it feels like increasing the sound verically might help with this? Maybe adding a tiny visual cue on the side of the screen could be a different way of doing it?
Overall I really enjoyed the game!
Really enjoyed the basic gameplay loop, and that dash was a life-saver! Though I do wish there was a visual aid to know when it was back up as my daring-do style sometimes had me relying on it when it wasn't there. On one start I was launched from my Igloo directly into a sharks mouth, but its easy and fast enough to start over it just felt funny. The same was not true of the Orca that followed me to the surface and simply would not leave, no matter how much effort I put into leading it elsewhere, an indication to help the players know if they are still being pursued when it comes to enemies that are more persistent at longer ranges would help with that, or maybe just making ones like the orca lose interest if you get too close to the surface might. I had a lot of fun regardless though!
Had a great time swimming around. The little barrel roll the penguin does is so subtle, yet so flavorful.
Getting first upgrades quicker would have been nice. Orcas are just too quick - nearly the same speed as the penguin at base speed! And if you get two on you then it's pretty much lights out. Though I am pretty loose with dashing and could use it more strategically.
Sharks looked awesome. Wish they'd been animated like the penguin :D.
This was one of those games that was fun to look at and engaging to play. It made me want to keep trying.
very fun game!
fluent control, exicting shark chasing and the close warning sound is very useful and not annoying at all!
the reqirement of fish might be a bit high, take me a few times to try to get an upgrade;)
this game was adorable! there's been a lot of ocean games but something about making it icy and penguin-themed just makes it so much more fun and cute. it was a simple fun play and i really enjoyed the graphics and how smooth the gameplay felt! i got to about 20 something fish but i couldn't find more fish after that (everytime i tried, i'd get eaten by a shark  ). but nice job! i could totally see this as a fun mobile or browser game.
For casual gaming this game is good, everything looks and feels good. The control is fluid.
Gotta say, I felt bad for this poor fish stuck in the ice, rip. :pensive:

I played this on a gamepad, and the experience was overall pretty great. The colour palette is great; I LOVE the look of the penguin. The controls were very fluid and I love the little rush of adrenaline that I get from outrunning the enemies. The musical cue from the sharks was a neat touch and it blended in with the music quite well - so well that I didn't notice that it wasn't part of the actual soundtrack for a while. I love how the sharks just kind of bounce off the rocks if you hide for cover with no chill whatsoever.
The map seemed pretty well designed, with big open spaces and mini alcoves on the sides where the penguin could squeeze into but predators couldn't. I loved seeing the varieties of fish, too.
For a game that resets all your progress once you die, it would have been nice to have some leniency when being chased by enemies - maybe a slight delay in movement from the enemies upon them noticing you (especially those above and below you, when you have less peripheral than from the sides), or even a life system you can upgrade to. I thought this was a pretty good entry overall, and I love the concept. :penguin:
Tried to eat the shark lol. Fun concept.
Nice game! I like the control scheme for the swim its feel really satifying and the art is very nice as well. Well done!
I like the controls a lot!
Simple and fun! Nice job!
Simple yet effective. I think my favorite part is the way that the penguin rotates around in the water - that was a really nice touch! My biggest complaint was that I died too many times to sharks that were above or below me. It looks like all the sharks start by looking horizontally but rotate instantly, so as soon as they see you they're already halfway on the screen
Really nice controls and the penguin animation is great!
Smooth controls, nice graphics. The animation of the penguin feels very good. I just wish I didn't jump straight into the jaws of the shark so many times . Maybe progression if kept through deaths would make rewards more enticing.
