I can't play it. The link works but when I click to download it, it just loads forever :/

adamsmccall 2021-04-26 05:35

I actually was able to download it. The gameplay is smooth and straightforward, but it took me some time to realize that where you come out is not random (I think ?). Not knowing exactly how it works and not having that much power about where you go is a bit frustrating. I like the aesthetics of the game though.

@adamsmccall ty fo feedback! Yap, they are not random. It is a loop sequence on every group of doors.

devga-me 2021-04-27 08:17

Game Idea is unique and so are graphics. But there is one problem and that is the car movement is not framerate independent. The speed of car is not fixed and it also clip through the building and becomes uncontrollable. Other than that the game is quite intuitive and can be extended after the jam. Good Job.

Nice job, really easy to jump into. Well presented too!

Good job! A nice little puzzle game. Took me a while to realise that its not random where you go, but the game got a lot more interesting when i realised this. :)

Interesting puzzle game! :) It really is challenging to understand the sequences. I think it would be nice to have instant transitions instead of waiting for the lifts to open and close

Very interesting puzzle game, the idea is clever. The sound fx works well, maybe add a background music. The design is simple but nice. It's easy to control and pleasant. I would like that elevators doors open on demand on not randomly. It could be a nice mobile game.

Overall, fun puzzle game

Really nice presentation; crisp graphics and good audio. I found waiting for the doors a bit frustrating, and the trial and error nature of working out the connections wasn't that satisfying for me. Perhaps faster iteration in terms of trying routes would mitigate that. Plenty of potential here though!

Good game. Really interesting concept. It's hard to remember the sequences in later stages, because there are so much doors. I brute-forced it by just trying every possible way. It get's a bit annoying, because you have to wait until the doors open. Maybe it would've been better to let the player enter the elevators at any time. I got frustrated and almost stopped playing, but I pushed through and felt well rewarded when I managed to finish it. I wasn't satisfied with the sound though. You could have used more pleasant sounds and some randomization, but that is complaining at a high level. Thank you for making this. I enjoyed it.

Weird concept. If you couldn't tell what door leads where then is it really a puzzle game? Trying to guess and then lost your was is confusing. Patience wont help because it's get boring fast.

blackopsben 2021-05-03 02:55

This has potential. As it is currently it felt like there was so little rhyme or reason to it that there was no way to be smart and solve it other than "brute force" which meant that even when I solved it I didn't feel at all clever or skilled for having done so. I dig the color and art style though!

wheffle 2021-05-03 03:56

I don't think I've seen a game like this before, pretty original. The audio was pretty satisfying too. A few more mechanics wouldn't hurt, but that's the nature of the jam. I respect the guts it takes to do something experimental.

maniulo 2021-05-03 19:16

Cool aesthetic. I'd say the game challenges your patience more than memory, but still it felt novel and was fun to beat.

Oops, forgot to rate here. I’ll just repeat myself. Good idea and implemntation. And, yea, I don’t envy the elevator operator who works in this building.
