A fun game! My only problem was that there was no quit button and your mouse was locked to the game screen so you couldn't press the quit button, which is annoying for me sometimes.

@cubex Yeah, sorry about that! This was meant to be a web game so I didn't include anything to close the application. The web build just wouldn't work for some reason when I tried to upload it
I reached 1km just standing to to far left most of the time. Very nice game with nice graphics and sounds
Cute game, the pixel art is very charming. If I were to give any feedback I think platforms could be more likely to generate at the edge of the level, as its very easy to get a high score by just hugging the right or left wall and falling continuously. Nice entry!
Cool. Scored about 500 points constantly falling :D. It would be cool if the weapon fired faster) The graphics and sounds are cool, the atmosphere is cool)
Very chunky and satisfying and I really like the character designs! More enemy variety would have been great (I saw only three or so of the bats enemies across multiple runs) but it's a very solid package of a jam game - well done or "Nice!" ;)
Bug note: sometimes when restarting the black fade would come back and immediately hide the screen and I'd have to reload the game.

Cool game, a bit boring though. If you just keep licking the walls, your score scyrockets. Also, depth counter seems to have bugged at over 1000 meters down

@tomatolamp You must've just gotten unlucky :P There are 3 enemy types, and platforms are supposed to have a 50% chance to spawn an enemy. The eyebats, though, just come out on there own

Yay, I got 1629m! Graphics are excellent, and the game feels just right. The thing I can underline is that you can just fall by left or right side, so, in my opinion, the meaning of the game decreases. It's not an easy game design problem, to come up with the solution. Great take, thank you!
Charming little game which reminded me of Downwell and such. Music and graphics had an old-school vibe going for them and the pixel art was solid. The green enemies seemed a little too easy as the you could just wait in an upper platform and shoot them from there. Maybe player could have had a taller view of the map and some time constraint could have been added to the game? Overall nice work!

Nice little game, I ve made 278m ! A bit repetitve and the cooldown on the gun is frustrating. I really like the art with his pappercraft style, good job on that.
Fun game! Reached 960 :) Loved the design of the one-eyed pawns. Would be great to have some extra bonus by killing the enemies or a pass to go further down maybe. In the end I realized I just have to avoid them

Is there any benefit to killing enemies? I found the game was mostly about falling and hoping not to land on anyone...
this was a pretty solid game. my only complaint is the rate of fire on the gun, and lack of more enemies. i could also seem to fall forever without taking any damage. good game. thanks for making it.
nice work! i feel that the gun might feel a lot more rewarding if it was more responsive or if some of the enemies (like the small ones) died to 1 shot instead of 2. also feels like there's not much incentive to defeat enemies over just fall.
