A concept to develop, unfortunately as is the game feels aimless and the gameplay is rather scarce. The ambience is cool though, although the music's recording quality is strange (maybe it was meant to be?).
Like the graphics, some glitch movements. Got to cemetery - could not kill anyone. Seems pretty easy right now - this is definetly something that can be improved upon
The atmosphere and graphics of this game is just stunning. I also found the "overworld" mechanic very cool. I died a couple of times at the cemetery, so it definitely has that darksouls difficulty; as advertised :D
The game looked and sounded amazing and the atmosphere was great. The actual playing was a little slow, the combat seemed mindless and the lack of clear goal made it aimless. I actually didn't die, I just gave up since at some point I couldn't hit enemies anymore.
The mechanics definitely have potential to keep building on them, especially the zoom out one. The controls could be improved though, namely the combat

Very nice technical achievement. Congratulations! I love the atmosphere! Good little gem.
Improvements: * Pacing of the game is painfully slow for me. * I was not able to cancel an attack. So you need to perform it and only then you can move to the tile. * Flask refill did not work. * Could not figure out where to purchase upgrades. * Some of the music is clipping and it plays a bit too random for my taste.
btw. not sure you can/should call your game like that :D
Nice style and mood! it would be good to have keys for potion and attack.
Definitely an interesting idea! Tactics gameplay can really ramp up tension, in ways that even the original Dark Souls games can't - so mixing the two could be really cool.
I think the concept here is nice, but, idk maybe it was a bit too ambitious for 72 hours, as the execution could use some work. Mainly the combat and world, it feels a little flat and lifeless. I get that Dark Souls is meant to be dark and decaying, but the worlds still had something to them, this felt a bit like walking through fields until a generic skeleton killed me.
I don't want to complain too much though, because I did have fun with this! I just think the concept could do with some extra time in the oven - so definitely keep working on this! I want to see what it *could* be.
Feedback - It was really cool - I liked the attacking - I didn't know what to do with the orbs - I didn't see the theme unless it was going deeper in the map

Congrats, you game is nice. I like the concept and the ambiance. The music is very nice (thanks Vlad :p). The gameplay is great and the lowpoly graphism perfect.
I think the game needs to be more polish. If you do, it could be a very good in my opinion.
The atmosphere of this game is really great! Audio and graphics work very well together. The attack animations are also great! I think some enemy movement would enhance the tactics aspect a bit more. Also some enemies could not be attacked. But thats just a minor bug. Very nice. I had fun and think i expored everything there is.
This game has a fantastic mood, set by a great combination of visuals and music. I'd love to see this concept expanded upon. At first I wasn't sure how it met the theme, but I actually think it's quite novel! I can see that there's a lot of ideas here that you didn't get time to expand upon. Give the player an objective and a use for the souls and I think there's something here.
Oh, as a note, the UI does not scale to 4K displays. It was all far too small in the corners of my screen, but that's a nitpick.

The graphics and mood were amazing, loved the style but I had a really hard time letting that overtake the slow gameplay. Visually a great entry, gameplay wise could use a lot of improvement. An idea well worth pursuing!
Visually very nice. It's not hard figure how to interacting with things, but I think it would help if we were given a task other than to just survive and explore. Once I feel like I've seen what the game has to offer in terms of exploration, I got bored, sorry.
I really liked the map mechanics. Being able to instantly exit an area was nice, I just wish the player RAN instead of walked.
I feel like the 2 buttons at the bottom, and the "enter area" button at the right can all be turned into 1 click.
Click location to RUN to it. Click an entrance to run to it, click again to enter. (maybe the button appears above the player standing on the location?) Click on player to heal. Click an enemy to attack. etc...
I also think the combat would have been more interesting if the enemies approached you and attack when in range. Maybe they only move when you move? So it's not just an action game?
It was definitely an ambitious jam entry. You guys got a lot done, but maybe it would have been better to skip combat and focus on exploration?
Anyway, good job on your game!
