This game is honestly great. I played this for way longer than I thought I would.
I really felt like a grandma trying to use technology
amazing! love the simplicity, the art style, the doddering about a small apartment doing pointless things on repeat! very lifelike!
This was an... experience. A good one.
It's really original in how it handles the theme and I love it.
This was very endearing :) absolutely enjoyed it, the art is amazing as well
Loved the art, felt like granny, wish my hand was held a little more got kind of lost.
I liked your game my congratulations, I also did one if you want to know, and give me your feedback I am very grateful, this is the link https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/resurrection
Graphics and music are just perfect. Maybe it could have more stuff to do so it isn't that repetetive for a gameplay, buy obviusly for the theme it goes pretty well too
@feiko @happygamer500 @polaliart @rubr @adam-jewell @etrealjunior @federico-giorgi Thank you guys for playing our game, and thank you for the feedback. I'm glad you thought it was immersive ^^
@blind-lemon-games We have taken it to consideration that it might be difficult to know what to do, however I hope everyone managed to get through the first 3-4 weeks to see what happens eventually (granny gets signed up for a bunch of subscriptions).
@noam-blei How long did you play for? There are a bunch of side quests, however in the start the game moves pretty slowly. It does get a bit repetitive if you do not lean into any of the content though, and it might be too difficult to understand how or when you can engage. Thank you very much for the feedback!
Extra note: We just realised that we forgot to include the dictionary file which meant that you could not receive payments from your job, however this was mostly aa way to supplement money that you lose from the viruses. The file is now included.
A bit overwhelming since i don't have enough time to do anything but I could be playing your game for days. Would like to see my wroten articles somewhere atleast.
Hey, I played your game on stream! Here's the vod if you wanna rewatch; https://www.twitch.tv/videos/765076622
Thanks for submitting your game!
Thanks for your reply! I played for some mins (like idk 10), so I will definetly give it a second try today then and play longer, because I really liked this concept/idea :D
It looks like a lovely game, the artstyle is very nice and I love the core concept. But I couldn't figure out what to do. I can't do anything except send letters to myself, scan them, or read emails that I can't anwser. Also, I was confused at first that I couldn't throw away letters I had, I figured out later I had to walk over the trash bin. I'd love to play more but I don't know how.
I felt like a "grandma simulator" hahaha. I really liked the pixel art style applied (reminiscent of the graphic style I applied in my game haha). The music is good to hear (am I already a grandfather and I still don't know? Hahahah). Your game experience is very good, although I haven't figured out how to finish it. Anyway, it was a good job. Congratulations.
What the hell, poor Grandma so much spammed on her computer! ^^ This game is very funny. I don't know what to do with the letters and the fact that we can write some. And the computer. But the mood and the art + choice of the music is so nice. It seems to be a good concept. But Perhaps more explanation to understand the mechanic would be welcome? Anyway. I really enjoyed the atmosphere/ideas.
