this game was pretty hard.

Found this game to be really hard. I was slightly better at it when I started using WASD rather than mouse. I'm pretty terrible at rhythm games in general so I couldn't really tell if I was just missing or if the timing was really tight. From the few times I did get past the first four beats I really liked the way it has a sort of falling down a infinite tunnel look on the edges.

Feels like guitar hero for a one-stringed guitar. I started by clicking, but didn't know where to click, so I tried WASD and through brute force, figured out I seem to have to press it in counter clockwise order, starting with "D". I'd eventually miss a beat by a few microseconds. Feedback within the game on how close to the beat you were would have been nice, and variation on what to press, with indication of upcoming buttons might have made it fun to play for longer. I liked the infinite frame. Felt like I was in the twilight zone.

I couldn't really figure it out but nevertheless somehow got **my high score of 3316** I love rhythm games and love the concept here and the visual appeal. A countdown to begin would go a long way and I couldn't figure out how the sound matched with the graphical beat so perhaps a heartbeat rhythm instead of a gallop or something. Cool game and I think its even more cool that you streamed it!

I was SUUUUPER bad at this, but it was still an engaging experience. Really clever and simple mechanics, implemented well and a great presentation within 48 hours.

This is an interesting idea (and it might be fun to try it on a dance pad). My biggest problem is that the beats don't loop in a steady 4/4, there's a significant gap between repeats.

Man this was tougher than it looks! Also, odd question, did you use LMMS for the beat? I think I recognize the instrument you used, ha! I like the minimalistic graphics! Nice work.

I agree with the rest, the game is quite challenging :) But it's a cool concept, besides there aren't many rhythm games, so in my opinion it's a plus as well.

Tough game, not exactly eye candy but the effect on the edge of the screen was cool. Tied in with the theme well but didn't seem super innovative to me.

Pretty simple idea but well executed, I liked the visuals and sound design. I think some more variety in beats/rhythm could make the game more fun, but good for 48 hours!

It's a nice idea for a rhythm game, but maybe a bit too simple in its current form. I liked the graphics and animations too, but I found that the easiest way to play is to close my eyes and just listen to the beat. Also, I always appreciate it when someone writes their own engine/framework for an LD submission. It almost feels like a dying art nowadays!

Nice entry, maybe I miss some music progression. Rythm games in browser are very difficult because browser audio engine use to have some lag. The graphic effects are awesome ^^. Nice job!

Nice little rhythm game. At first I didn't know what I was supposed to be clicking, but the tutorial helped.

The idea is solid, but I think having such a short music loop is really hindering you. Obviously in a jam - especially compo! - you don't have time to do a full song, but something with even a tiny bit of progression would've been nice. I wasn't sure exactly what timing is accurate - a short demo or colors or lights or something would've made a huge difference - and the only time I was able to go longer than 10 seconds was when I ignored the music entirely and just pressed the buttons in sequence. The fact that you used your own engine for it is extremely impressive, though!
