Somehow I got all my lamps to disappear. I can't find any of them. nolamps.png
I figured it out. Every time I hit spacebar a number of them disappear. Not sure why. (On the web version. Didn't try Windows)
Playing with the mouse worked. Nice puzzle game! I like the randomly generated levels (?) and the feeling of finally completing the circuit you worked really hard to get.
Damn that's hard!
I'm not sure entirely what I was doing, but the mechanics seem to work well
Amazing work with such a limited number of parts, a real lesson in simple design.
Nicely done

Interesting concept and surprisingly challenging! Experienced a few glitches when using the arrow keys to control (HTML5) but worked well when using mouse. I like the minimalist graphics - vaguely reminds me the game Mini Metro. The my only real suggestion would be to modify the UI - the restart button appeared to move based on the screen size and the text in the top left was not always very readable. Otherwise, I enjoyed!
Thank you all for playing and for the feedback!
@minibobbo, about disappearing lamps on the hitting of the space button - I suppose your situation is the result of two bugs - first bug is that Restart button does not lose focus after click and thus triggers on the space button click (as a temporary solution it is possible to click on the starting element - it will change focus and will not cost action), the other bug is some error in the restart code, which leads to the odd changes of tile types distribution.
@wiredsound, UI really should be improved, or at least fixed, as restart button changing position is not intended and score "successfully" lost its gray background on the web version.
I assume the goal of the game was to build a closed circuit with as many lamps as possible? I think I got 4 lamps and managed to get a score of 339 that way.
One suggestion for improvement is instead of generating an infinite array of random pieces, I think the game would be more interesting with a several handcrafted levels where you can get all the lamps into a single circuit within the given number of moves. After the player does all of those then they can try a randomly generated puzzle perhaps.
Really cool and challenging puzzle! The minimal graphics suit of game very well. It seems it is not possible to make the last move. You can also try adding some sound effects.
Wasn't really sure what was the goal. I wanted the lights to turn on when they are connectend...
This was an interesting entry! I was running into issues with several tiles not rotating at all which seemed to make the level impossible but I was able to try out the updated version and managed to get a few lamps connected! Overall it is a neat idea!
Your game was played on my stream ( https://www.twitch.tv/ursagames/videos ) on 10/11. Thank you for sharing your game with us! You can find the timestamp of when your game was played here: https://tinyurl.com/yy4oycvv
Nice game! Shame it's not possible to collect all the lamps in a single circuit (or is it?...)
Nice game, and great idea to give additional moves each time a loop with more lamps is closed - it encourages to build up a big circuit over time.
Hey, I played your game on stream! It was a ton of fun, here's the vod if you'd like to rewatch; https://www.twitch.tv/videos/780254814
Thanks for submitting your game!

**[PT-BR] Análise...**
1 - Mecânicas, Aprendizado e Fluxo: Fazendo a análise do ponto de vista da entrega original. A mecânica me pareceu interessante.
**[EN] Analysis...**
1 - Mechanics, Learning and Flow: Doing the analysis from the point of view of the original delivery. The mechanics seemed interesting to me. The failure of the rotation of some elements left me frustrated and confused. The expense of movements even when the action is not fruitful also frustrated me. The stage reset button is lost if the screen zooms too much (this gets in the way). If you use the arrows and space, things get a bit confusing (creating duplications of the "crosshairs" and making elements disappear).
2 - Graphics, Audio and Narrative: The graphics are simple and sufficient for the intended concept. I missed a sound effect to tell me every time I made a stitch (or maybe a temporary change in the color of the elements). I believe that narrative was not the focus of the project.
3 - Culture: The game talks a lot about electricity (Electrical Circuits 1 or High School Physics).
4 - Monetization: When talking about Physics, it would be possible to deliver the game to educational institutions. Especially raising the playful attributes to the same point as increasing the different challenges with different electro-electronic elements.
Cool game! I like the concept, but this game needs more visual feedback to what is happening. The UI is hidden by gameplay elements that are the same color, some pieces would not rotate? and I did not see any indication of the 'power' going along a line. I like the 'open' level spin on a water-pipe game, but think you need to nail down the basics of what makes other games of this genre good and then focus on differentiating and polishing your own twist. Great job!
Wow nice concept found myself really stuck in it hahah. Loved the minimalistic artwork. This game really deserves more traffic, such an underrated entry. Well done!
Awesome game! I liked the interpretation of the theme, and it was very enjoyable. I didn't get to play for very long as I'm running out of time to rate the games I haven't got to yet, but I enjoyed it for the amount of time I did. Some sound effects would be nice, but otherwise, nothing I would change, and pretty cool game overall!
Great! The concept was nice, but it was a bit confusing at first. I got lost when all the things started moving, but it was bearable. The graphics were minimal but effective, and fit nicely into the game. Some music or sounds when you performed an action would be great. For me, the UI was covered by the game, so I couldn't see much of it. Overall, a minimalistic but nice game. Congratulations!
