Very fun game and beautiful
very cool driving game
It's ok. I liked the vaporwave aesthetic. I ran into a bug where I would get caught on my own trail just by moving forward. Other than that it's ok.
Nice vaporwave feel, you nailed the mood! I had some fun playing this coop too but would be more accessible with some sort of singleplayer as not everyone has a partner and has to fight themselves for the win
Good job!
TRON inside a sphere? Very nice, I like the idea and the look of it! Once I've managed to escape from this inside-out sphere somehow. But I have no idea how did I do this :)
Nice mood and aesthetics, it also controls well. I think I would have enjoyed it more with a side-by-side layout rather than rows. Single player (or online) would also have made it better since I have no one local to play with.
Tron, but in a sphere. Nice. Congrats on the entry! I suggest not making multiplayer games in jams tho, because its often the case that people do not have someone to play. Good luck!
Great game! Nice aesthetic and gameplay.
Nice entry ! Sound seems to be saturating when dying, is it a wanted effect ? I concur with what has been said before, try and avoid multiplayer games in jam, or add a bot :) Like the mood and tron-like atmosphere :)
@daitse those are just the death SFX. Thanks for the feedback!
@nohac interestingly I actually had it in columns first before switching. I do think you’re right and it would’ve been better that way to see more of where you’re directly going.
I didn't have second player available, so I played it as single player survival game. Looks pretty cool, but I wish the camera showed me a little bit more horizon. Now the obstacles came pretty fast. Good job making everything run on the inside of a sphere!
thron concepts alive! nice
Very pretty, and the audio was nice (even if the main pluck was a little high). I didn't have anyone around to play with, but the idea of a short game to play with people nowadays is great
I love the graphics like tron with syntwave vibe. I just think the position of the camera is too near of the motocycle but else that's good work !
Tron vibes are detected! Awesome game! Sound design is good )
Nice concept, it would help though if the camera would be angled upwards a bit to see more where you are going.
Very good looking. Hard to play against myself tho haha
Nice art style and I appreciate you doing a local multiplayer game, the best way to enjoy games in my opinion :) Being inside a sphere is an interesting idea, it does restrict the player's vision greatly though and there's not really any points of reference either for orienting around the environment. Overall, a solid entry though :) Good job!
Fading out the trails combined with the restricted field of view means rounds can sometimes take a while. Since the originality lies in the sphere setting, it would have been nice to be able to zoom out a bit. Have you thought about doing the same thing on the *outside* of a sphere instead of the inside?
I wish I could have someone to play with! But it was sort of fun to play me against myself, taking turns) I absolutely love the mood and vaporwave look. Thanks for creating it!
Nice spin on tron! I dig the vaporwave aesthetic and the music has an anxiety inducing quality to it (in a good way lol suits the experience). Also cool that you made a multiplayer game. I didn't have anyone to play with unfortunately but I did play a few rounds against myself (guess who won? :P). Nice submission and shout out to a fellow AB dev!
Great to see a simple but fun multiplayer game for the jam! The Tron aesthetic works well with the theme and the graphics and audio/sound offer a cool retro vibe! Great job! Shout out from a fellow AB dev!
