This is really cool! I've never shouted words of encouragement at a flower before but I quite enjoyed it. I was doing pretty well until I misspelled "beautiful" and panicked lol. Solid work!

Make sure to take some time to rate other peoples games! The more you rate the higher priority your game will have, which will let other users see how cool your game is :)

I loved this! I told her she was my favourite plant and that killed her off. Maybe she couldn't handle the pressure. Sorry flower! I'll try again...

Wow.

This is really awesome, and unique. I love what you did with the theme, and the effort is there. Mood is on point. I wasn't expecting deep meaning here.. As far as quality of life goes, keeping focus on the text box after entering something was a bit of a chore - especially as I was trying to spam out words of encouragement! Keeping it selected would be a nice improvement.

This is seriously great, though. Good on you.

I really like the whole concept of it and the music is great :)

I love the idea of using sentiment analysis. Would love to see that in more games. It took me a bit to understand where I had to interact, as the screen was quite busy.

drschizzo 2020-04-21 07:20

Very nice idea and really fun use of a sentiment analysis model! It might have deserved a little better graphics but it's still a very good job!

verttixpertti 2020-04-21 07:20

Fresh and a good take on the theme.

khyrgrim 2020-04-21 07:24

Strangely enjoyed it ^^.

As if keeping my own plants alive was not hard enough, i am gifted a small digital friend that needs affection!

The game is presented in a way that its easy to understand what you have to do and it fits the theme very well. I was not really able to make her happy without spamming love in her face; but i guess thats just how depression works.

mehrdadsh 2020-04-21 07:25

yeah me too

himegized 2020-04-21 07:27

Love the idea and had alot of fun putting in random things seeing what did what.

dovahkciin 2020-04-21 07:28

I love the concept

leeloo 2020-04-21 07:28

Nice little game, but I needed a moment to get what I need to do and then my plant was already halve done, that was sad. Music is nice and the theme is captured really good.

This has got to be one of the most innovative concepts I've ever seen in LD. Well done!

mikejzx 2020-04-21 07:32

Very cool game!

colehorvat 2020-04-21 07:32

This is really great. The idea to type in compliments to keep the flower alive was a great addition and really makes this game stand out.

Great work!

I really like such litte games implementing some expiremental scientific aspect, like the sentiment analyzer in this game. That alone already makes it something new and innovative.

bulle 2020-04-21 07:37

That was refreshing. Nice done - it is really a treat to sit and write nice things to a flower. I though have to admit that this was a lesson in life for me - I have to be kinder :)!

orcifried 2020-04-21 08:53

I'm so glad for all your feedback! This was exactly some of the goals I wanted to reach with the game ^_^ And I realize that, besides the flower, the game might need a bit more love as well haha Thanks, everyone <3

This is a very original idea and a great use of deep learning ! Yes as you said in your last comment the game need a little more polish on the graphics but the mood is still quite nice thanks to the good audio.

I really like how unique this game is. Great job!!

kunonooni 2020-04-21 13:07

Truly one of the most innovative games I have ever played in the 23 LDs I've participated in. Its a game where your words really have meaning and you can learn a lot about yourself in playing it. Truly an exceptional job!

amazura 2020-04-22 05:18

she doesn't love me back :disappointed_relieved: however it's a great game and music fits well. so.. good job:thumbsup:
