Grats on the submission! Here's some suggestions: * The text is kind of hard to read at smaller resolutions - I might support having less words on the screen at once, but have them fall faster maybe? * The words for me were disappearing when about 75% of the way down the screen - I wonder if this is also due to screen resolution? * Having words highlight what letters you have typed so far might make it easier to track the word you're working on.

P.S. Once I understood the title it made me laugh lol

@sayumeki thanks for the feedback! That was the first "playable" game I ever made with Unity and I still have to get a better understanding of scaling and such, since those problems you mentioned showed after I compiled it for webGl. Thanks for the tip regarding coloring, since every word has a key buffer, it's a low hanging fruit yet could improve the UX.

It took me a while to realize that the title was a play on words (or a "Pune"). The game feels finished and does what it says on the box. I liked that it can get quite frantic when you try to rescue all the "quixotes" and "interminglary". That said I'm not sure I'd miss some of the words forbidden by the new order. Congratulations to your first game!

For me as a slow typer it seems that the strategy is to either pick the shortest words to get as many words saved as possible, or to go for the long words to get more points for less words. Which strategy to pick depends on the scoring system, which I never understood completely.

I think that for balance you should score longer and more complex words much higher than short simple words - simply because there's an exponentially increasing(?) risk of mistyping for each additional letter. Also, if the scoring was more obvious (like a score temporarily replacing each finished word), it would give more feedback about the scoring system and help the player to optimize the strategy.

Scord 323! I love this idea, very creative (and very actual, to be fair)

This is a fun idea as typing is something that everyone on a computer knows how to do. I like seeing new words I've not heard before, would be cool if in the end it could tell me what some of them meant! Would be good to see what you are typing, or at least a reaction to you typing. Cool idea!

nice idea, a bit confusing to understand. here a suggestion i have in mind : maybe it would be nice to have a text field down the screen that keep track on what you write i found two minor bug that can be fixed easily i think : sometimes words overlaps and become unreadable. some words are half out of the screen. words deseapers right before the bottom of the screen, maybe a choice but if it is you shouold at least draw a line to show the player the time left he have to write this word.

Otherwise that's a nice game i enjoyed playing it even if it's hard for a french guy to play with english words.

Reminded me a bit of games like "Typing of the dead" and such. Nice concept. What I really missed though is some kind of highlight effect to see what letters of which word already were typed. Also I first thought the game was broken because it took so long for the first words to spawn. But when it finally started it was really fun. Thank you for your submission! :smiley:

I really like the idea of the game. It has a nice touch, but I miss some kind of field, where you can see what you typed and also some other graphics. Could be a fun game with some polish :)

Reminded me a lot of my childhood typing games! Some suggestions would be to make it so that when words overlap it doesn't make it harder to read them, as they blend in with each other, and to prevent words from partially going out of the screen. Other than that, good job!

@weine thanks for the feedback, different scoring and showing score per word are nice ideas!

@brachistosauro thanks

@leetchi-heda what I'd like to make is a game where you see words in language A and type them in in laguage B, then a field showing current input will defineatly come in handy, thanks for the feedbacl/

@vectorwolf the highlight is the first thing everyone mentions, thanks for the feedback

@drskort thanks for the feedback (Actually, I am polish ;) )

@random-thoughts thanks for the feedback.

Interesting idea. I'm going to echo some of the previous comments about being able to see what word I'm currently typing, and possibly adding in some way to keep words from overlapping and becoming very difficult to discern. Overall though, good job!

Typing games are always fun. It would definitely be nice to see which word you're currently writing. I see some people have mentioned highlighting the letters within the words themselves as/when they are typed, but it could also be as simple as showing what you've just typed at the bottom of the screen. Small things go a long way. Having the Total Score/Total Words left display more prominently, or in a different text or colour might also be a nice addition as it's all very homogenous right now.

I also found the level at which the words disappeared to be quite inconsistent, and some would disappear way higher up than others. So on that front, having a clear line marking the point of no return might be a nice touch. But overall good job, it was fun to play!
