This game was really fun once I got the hang of the concept and controls. It's like a moving game of concentration, where you need to try to keep up to date on who you spoke to about what. It mimics real life :O The movement animations were cute and clean, and the music, while a little repetitive, began sounding drunk as you slowly killed the party. Very cool!

This is an overall very well balanced game. Graphics, music, and sound are all great, and while I couldn't really figure out the gameplay, I like the concept of it. I just wasn't very good at it. P.s., I made a game by the same name for this jam with a very not similar concept haha

Pretty simple and fun concept. I also liked that after every guest lost your game is changing a little bit.

Cool concept! Felt surprisingly lifelike. Trying to keep up a conversation with someone, but there is only so much I have to say about blue cars :D

Game gets easier when more people leave. I think I could have kept up 2 guests forever.

@Madbarron Yeah, that was one of the flaws. I was still tweaking the difficulty curve as guests are lost until it was time to finish and upload it. Looking back, I think I would have made it so that you don't store the topics just told to you starting at 3 people left rather than 1.

Interesting concept. Selecting a conversation item by just clicking on it instead of selecting it with the mouse wheel and then clicking/pressing space would make the gameplay smoother and easier to concentrate.

Love the concept, I really felt the theme... it seems i was boring as host haha

Probably The Most Relatable game ever.

Neat take on the theme, and surprisingly difficult.

Great concept! I had fun :) The mouse scroll wasn't working too well, skipping one topic (from 1 to 3, 3 to 5...), but the numbers were a better binding choice anyway! Dynamic audio is a very cool touch, the fading to black as well. You did a cool job. Manage to have a 4-minute party, yeeeah!

Hope you get your last ratings in time!!

PS : don't forget to give karma on feedback you received, and leave feedback on games you played! Will improve your chances.

Very interesting little memory game. I found myself running out of topics quite quickly! The music fit the party thing, and the minimalist audio used for the "conversations" really brought the game to life. If I were to improve the game, it would be to make it easier, by either reducing the party size or giving the player hints about previous topics.

I really like playing with social interaction concepts as a core gameplay mechanic! The angry sound made me laugh.

Is there a win state where the players anxiety goes away?

Penalizing players for matching color and shape seemed unintuative from my expectation of memory matching games, I kind of wish the last topic would have just been grayed out or something. I think I just had bad RNG luck because I frequently would get topics added to me that were identical to ones I already had that limited my options.

What a realistic simulation of a party. I pissed everyone off, ran out of things to talk about, and they all left unhappy.

Really interesting use of the core mechanic. I love that the music changed with the game state, great piece of feedback.

The disorienting perspective and the tone of the chatter added a lot to the sense of tension when things weren't going well.

Wow, so well made! It felt really polished. You really got the feeling of dread baked in to the game, well done!
