The aesthetic is on point, too bad there is no music !

This game looks sexy as hell, i love the minimalist aesthetic

there is music, or at least ambient sound. I love this artwork, reminds me on https://store.steampowered.com/app/1174570/Build_m_up_Shoot_m_down/ actualy. The feline like avatar appeals to me. Didn't get the ' keep it alive ' theme feel from it tho.

Very nice graphics! Too bad the shooting and stairs was a bit too sketchy to keep me from seeing it through to the end. I would love to see this polished up with some music and stuff in the future, the visuals sure deserve it ^^

Great Game

Nice graphics and great animation. The game feels to short :-)

I was about to think it was unfinished because I run out of bullets and didn't find more because I didn't notice the sign has information.

oops duplicate post

You have a great base, and amazing art style. I hope you expand this :)

The striking title page hooked me, and as soon as I started playing I was drawn in by the characters and their relationship. I definitely struggled with the gameplay, so it's a testament to how strong the art and narrative components were that I kept trying - and it was worth it for the ending, which was dark and touching at the same time.

Great game, lovely (yet dark) narrative, and clean visuals. I just wish there was more.

Jeez, that ending tho...

I love the art, really beautiful, and definitely what drew me to this game. It was annoying how dying forced you to go through the dialogue again, but it's not a big problem. Some might say that the short length is an issue, but I think it was a great strength, the game had a story to tell, and it was really effective.

The art style in your post was what led me to your game. Truth be told, the shooting mechanic is really frustrating. A lot of times I feel like I did hit the guys but it just didn't register I guess, and its pretty much impossible to shoot while moving. However, your story is what redeems this for me. Unlike most game jam games, your story had a great hook from the start that motivated me to push on despite the frustration, and the ending made it kind of worth it in the end. This really surprised me as in most game jams its hard to fit in a story due to the time limit and sometimes the theme, so really good job!!!

this aesthetic is so cool and the music added really helps to achieve this noir feeling, i love it. concept art is top, color palette also top, and i like the use of game elements to show parts of tutorial. congrats <3 edit: gave it another try and saw the ending, cool narrative too!

I love your art and the mood of this game. Even though it was short i really felt the little story you were telling. I hope you start a webcomic or sth related. Would love to see more of your worldbuilding!

Fantastic art and aesthetic, but the leading story made it weird to jump into shooting some guys. Nonetheless a good entry. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful mood and visual design. I really with that the game were longer and that there would be more interaction between the two characters. Only problem I had with it was that jumping felt extremely floaty but the rest of the game made up for it. Very nice game! Here's my latest stream featuring the game, by the way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iP012VKTPV8
