losing momentum after hitting something was basically the end, since there was little to no way to recover afterwards. graphics and sound fx were great though
Nice little entry! Very convenient that it can run in browser - I now have my desktop replacement for minion run 😉
Very fun. The police officer is nice touch:).
A very chill game that could become very addicting with a few new features. Love it!
This game was pretty good :D giving the player time to recover after making a mistake was a good design choice. My high-score was 40.screen.png
I find that when you're moving slowly it's very difficult to clear double obstacles, so success feels dependent on the rng, but once you get up to speed the gameplay becomes a lot more enjoyable.
look at that skeleton go. fun little game.
fun and simple game! good job
Skeleboi nooooo. It reminds of me of the dinosaur game on google chrome when you lose internet. I enjoyed it. nice work.
Simple game, can get quite repetitive but still fun. The audio was also simple but still of decent quality. The gameplay was honestly addictive though, I was playing it for longer than anticipated, aha! Good job!
@blobo that was the inspiration actually!
Simple yet pretty fun! Skeliboi is charismatic. The oportunity that you give the player after making a mistake is gold. I liked the music, just thought it could be a bit longer. Good job!
I'm glad you liked it @tomyomy !
Thanks so much for your kind words! @soulcube @pixipit @somethang123 @catalystl @miklo @tuulosss
@lairinlair thanks for your feedback! I did the music in a rush, I agree that it is too short and repetitive!
Cute little endless runner! Thanks for bringing it by the stream!
68 was my high score. Had quite a bit of fun playing it! Very simple, but feels quite polished. Would have loved a death sound effect, and the game feels like it's a little bit unfair at times - in particular when you hit an obstacle which is then immediately followed by a double obstacle. :stuck_out_tongue: Other than that, the only issue I had was that the suburban street background kinda hurt my eyes when I got to full speed. Hahaha
Overall a very cute little infinite runner. Nice work!
Nice game, Simple game but it gets to the point. Hard to recover from the first hit.
love the song, very catchy :)
Very fun game, and pretty addictive! Good job pulling it off even with the administrative problems you were facing! I agree with the others that due to the slower run speed, the first section is a little bit harder. Anyways, my highscore is 109. Fun fact: at some point you're getting so fast that you start to outrun the level generator XD Skeliboi.jpg
@hiremedeveloper thank you!
Fun runner. Loved the characters and the environment art. The siren cracked me up. Nice jam!
A simple but efficient infinite runner. Congratulations to you guys on making your first game in team!
Simple game, but everything works. I included it in my Ludum Dare 46 compilation video series, if you want to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/SML2NB40RxM
While to mechanics and graphics of this are very simply, I still had a lot of fun with it. Wanting to see new environments kept me replaying (I got to 82 points in the end). I found the hitboxes of obstacles a bit confusing; I appreciate the game being lenient with you when you hit the back part of obstacles but that also makes it rather hard to judge where I should ideally land. But as I said before, I still enjoyed my time with this game a lot and the hitboxes were really only a minor issue. Great job!
Amazing art! Nice game guys!
@junber thanks for your feedback! I agree, the hitboxes are bad. We didn't leave enough time for playtesting, a big regret. However, we are working on a post-jam version of the game which will actually be released on the Google Play store, as we think this game suits mobile way better than PC!
@inflamedgums yeah.... that bug is fixed in the post-jam version hahaha
