This game is fun enough. The decimal point is a great idea. It may be a bit hard for a beginner because many numbers have to be taken into account.

Very Creative Gameplay!
That was really fun! The only bad thing I would say, was the input cooldown. Don't see the reason for it, since there was already a reason not to spam. But maybe it was to make it harder. And the game crashed when I got to endless mode.
@rillep Thanks for the feedbacks. Yeah, you are right about the cooldown, it's just slowing down the game. I added it because spamming keys gived you no penalties at first. I happened to crash too at the last level, but i didn't manage to reproduce it so it's still a mystery for me, sorry for that. But to be honest you didn't miss anything, the endless mode is not that good. it's only 4 digit numbers at a low frequency, again and again, with a score.
I got a bit of a nasty surprise when two decimals dropped their digits on top of each other... ;)
As ways to practice typing go this beats the hell out of repeating "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" over and over. Nice work!
Neat little game. One thing to note. I don't know how MonoGame handles input, but I use a dvorak keyboard layout on Windows and it was not working (it used qwerty layout in game). I'm really bad at qwerty so that made the game very difficult. Other than that and the lack of music (which you acknowledged), I thought the game was nice. Keep up the great work.
Nice game. I tried to come up with a word game where you start with "nothing" too, but didn't even consider something like this! One little thing that would improve it is if the decimals *always* moved the numbers to a different row. Sometimes they got moved to the same row so it wasn't clear that decimals were the things that made stuff move rows.
Very cool interpretation of the theme! I wish input cooldown would be a bit smaller. Also somehow it made me forget how to type. Very cool!
@matt-rix that's a good idea, i'll update it in the final version of the game. Thanks for the feedback !
This was a very interesting interpretation of the theme. The gameplay was fun and the graphics are great, and yeah the input cooldown is something that felt unnecessary.
Short and satisfying. Having a known word presented to you, then having to type it jumbled up is surprisingly mindboggling. I feel having some more focus on patterns would be nice, but really what's there works just fine.
Sometimes it seemed like two digits would get hit at the same time, but I certainly won't complain about that.
Good job!
Simple and fun theme. Also a little bit challengy but it's okay.
Really creative game idea! Taking damage when you shoot too much was a smart idea to prevent from just spamming the word over and over.
Very nice idea. Maybe without the input cooldown the numbers could take the number of hits they start at to kill, i.e. a 4 takes 4 hits, the number reducing with each hit. Would have to slow the speed down a little, though.
