interesting concept, but I stopped early. the lack of a goal made the decisions feel kinda arbitrary
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD45 → Life. I guess.

There is a good mood on this, although simple. The graphics could be a little better, I feel that the style of it was polluted.
really interesting concept. i liked the mood a lot. it was like a walking simulator in card game form
Interesting concept! I enjoyed clicking the options and seeing what they did. Sometimes that seemed weird, like when I attended a seminar and got dumber, but I guess it depends on the seminar. It would have been neat, I think, if the events could be random but chronologically progressive. One play, when I maxed out my money, I got to a point where I couldn't accept any of the cards, and could only click on "accept none." Not sure if that was a glitch or related to my money or what. I'm assuming the end text varies depending on the life you choose?
I had fun, especially when I let myself forget about consequances and avoid minmaxing instead going for what felt more like me. Great mood! Nitpick but a sound when you click on a card would have made it a bit more engaging.
> Clicks "Higher Education", watches money bar plummet
Ouch, too close to home...
Dig the mood and the art style of this. I was a little disappointed that the choices I made got me the same ending as just hitting "Accept None" for everything, but I'll bet the time crunch got in the way of that. ;)
I really vibe with the overall message though. This was a very soothing entry.
It looks cool, but unfortunately, nothing outstanding. I advise you to come up with more nonsense.
@porocyonak thank you for your feedbacks. future versions will take some version of"goal - reward" mechanism into consideration.
@hkspadez we are glad that you enjoy the atmosphere so far!
@dob our programmer asks for more bananas for the bug fix, but we will try to safisfy.
jokes aside, in our original design, when you reached middle-age you need to consider not just money: intelligence will effect the kind of events you were able to attend, and physical strength represents how well you would do in situations require a strong body. money is no longer the only thing that will effect your life. we hope the players could enjoy diffent types of life. we will add more cards and mechanics in future updates. you suggestion valus a lot. thanks for your feedback.
@pokenoufl we are glad you enjoyed our game. it is the greatest reward to us.
@coleslaughter thanks for your understanding. honestly, for just 2 of us 3 days is a pretty limited schedule.we will adajust the numbers in future to make this game more smooth and realistic than before.
@paulsams thanks for your feedback, we will add more interesting concept and cards in the future.
@eranot thanks for your feedback. we will keep working on this project.
Cool game (inspired by the game of life board game?) I really dig the idea of making choices about how my character's life goes and seeing the consequences, but found myself wanting more engagement with the game then just choosing cards. That being said, great concept and integration with the theme, good work!
I gave this game my honest answers. It gave me an unseteling ending that's probably true for me. Makes me think, and I think that's what you were shooting for. Good game.
Interesting idea! A cool card game! This game has some good mood. I wish there is some kind of goal in the game and the art style could have been better.
It's interesting to see how the individual cards affect your stats. I wonder how many endings there are, found two so far! :)
An interesting little game. I love the game idea and music. Overall a fine jam game.
First of all music was nice, I like these kinds of card games, I think you can develop this further, maybe with a story line, order of the cards should be in context. All in all nice idea good job
@drgrognak we are grateful for your feedback. we will consider adding more feature in the future. if you have ideas or concepts and willing to share, we will be more than happy to hear from you. thanks for playing.
@bilalch213 thanks for your feedback. the programmer promised more feature in the future, we will see about that.
@simon-parzer all I can leak is that there are more than 15 endings. how many exactly? take a guess.
@jk5000 we are glad you enjoyed our game. thank you for playing. ;)
@finnthepirate thanks for your attention. we are trying to advance in this topic. you can keep on track on our game page.
