I like the little dialogue phrases the astronauts have. Overall a really nice solid entry.
The game fit the theme extremely well and was very enjoyable to play whilst hunting around the map to see what ridiculous places the astronauts had gotten themselves into. The controls were very intuitive and easy to control, and the mini-map was not only really helpful, but very well executed overall. The graphics were charming and unique, with a touch of character in each of the astronauts. The voice acting was a nice touch, and the music fit the style of the game very well. However, i did find that if you got stuck in-between an arriving astronaut to the spacestation then it bombards you with the same phrase over and over again. But overall i think this game deserves more reviews and plays than it currently has, solid entry.
Thanks a lot @player-2 ! I'm hoping to do a post version today with collision on astronauts turned off when they are going to the space station. Really cool game but it doesn't represent the theme, you dont have to sacrifice anything in order to win. I didn't even have to pick any more fuel to move. and personally, I think the game is incredibly easy. maybe adding moving space station, rockets that collide with you, powerups etc might make it much more enjoyable.

The audio was honestly my favorite part of the game. Really set the mood and made you fell like you were drifting in space. And for some reason running into things felt so satisfying haha! Only thing is it didn't really feel like much of a sacrifice because all giving fuel up did was slow you down slightly. It would have been nice to see more consequences from that. Overall pretty fun though!
Good entry! Fits the theme, the controls were good. The dialogs of the astroneers were a cool gimmick!

I rescued them all! Cute game, liked the art a lot. Liked the dialogue and the sound effect on the voices. Did a lot for the overall mood.
As for gameplay, good idea but fails a little bit in how it's executed as it is more tedious than challenging. The game's main gameplay mechanic is resource management but doesn't really challenge you if you run out of resources.
I see some other comments praising theme, but I can't say I understand the sacrifice-part of it. You are literally not-sacrificing (rescuing) people! :grin: But sure, you are sacrificing your fuel... To them..? So there's that!
Apart from the forgiving nature of the game, a solid entry! Good job!
Now THAT'S a way to sacrifice! Giving some poor stranded Astronauts air, great idea. The look of this game is also really good. Would love to play a more detailed, furbished version of this in the future. Would even pay for it. One of the best submissions for ludum dare 43 i've seen so far. Great work.
Game is cute, the graphics, the mood and the sound are excellently painting the space... while the relation to the theme could be more relevant, I believe. Nonetheless, a great entry!
P.S. Had a lot of fun doing bumping chains in between astronauts and asteroids :)
Lovely game! Reminds me somehow of Aether, liked the voices and the graphics a lot, saved everyone in 10 minutes, needed a bit more of the game. Good job!

Mission accomplished in 10 minutes! I really like the SFX and the radio static voice filter you added, it makes for a great mood. The graphics are cute, I like these astronauts and the planets! I have no idea what blackholes look like because I didn’t dare approaching one, though :-) The gameplay is not very challenging if you go slowly (I found out that it was a good strategy for not exploding :laughing:) but it’s still fun. Maybe it lacks a little something that will force the player to take more risks, and maybe a little extra to fit the theme a bit better!
I used to play this game, I really liked it when I was a child. Now I'm in college and I have too many assignments as homework, but no worry I have this site [spam], I can easily take statistics help from there. Here I can also take any kind of help related to essay topics or essay writing.
