I love how unexpectedly challenging this was! I only got 15pts but it's super cool fine tuning your throw power.

this is actually pretty fun and how hard it is to shoot, it adds the extra challenge to the game, very well, I would ever think of this!
The controls could be a little more intuitive, but, if they where tweaked accordingly, it could be a pretty fun game.
Maybe, just maybe, it could be more fun with correct ball physics. It's not natural.

It's a bit rough to get used too, but it was fun once i got the hang of it all.
Fun game, with cute sounds. I could have used a little more in the instructions department, but it became pretty obvious quickly. I found it easier to hit the back basket rather than the front one. I would have liked to get points for shots taken before the time ran out (as in real basketball) even if the clock expires mid-air. Nice work.
Not bad kumabotz. Picking your sacrifice up front is an interesting way to add the theme. The sounds made me laugh too.
Some suggestions for improvement: spending a little bit more time on the graphics would go a long way. Just a few black lines would make the orange ball look much much more like a basketball. Same with adding nets to the baskets: without them they look a bit like chairs right now. The "easier game mode" sacrifice could be reworded a bit since I was a bit confused about what it meant: perhaps call it "reduced accuracy"? As others have mentioned, real physics would also make this go a long way. To take this further you could add some sort of power indicator so you know how long to hold the shoot button for.

I played four or five times and my best was 30 points, which looks like high score so far? :)

@dob It was point taken before times running out before, too bad I removed at the last minute. Will put that back in the next version.

I did it, I reached my personal goal of 35 points (just as the timer hit zero)! In my experience, time was the best thing to sacrifice. But it's the type where everyone will experience the game differently, that's really cool design, I liked that. Also, the short round times really help you get into a very focused state. Loved it!
This is a pretty neat way of controlling a three throw, I found it pretty hard to get the timing. I would have liked some better voice-overs and a more interesting background than the generic Unity blue but it's a good concept.
It gave a nice challenge, and I never managed to get more than 15 points. It fit the theme well but could have used a few more sacrifice options and/or aiming with the mouse.
ldscreen.png I don't get how controls worked at first, until pressing each letter longer flies the ball farther away from the shooting ring. I didn't feel the theme within yet I still find this game fun.
