Nice work! What a neat little puzzler! Those up arrows are a real pain! I've been really enjoying seeing what the other pico-8ers have come up with. Great work with the sfx ramping up across a combo, it's really satisfying; the background pattern's gorgeous too.

This is way harder than tetris! haha :D
Got me hooked, congrats on the entry!
Great idea, addicting gameplay! Great title music, why no music during gameplay? The gameplay area could have been bigger.
I really like this! I love falling block puzzle games. I love the background animation, sound and block designs. Admittedly I'm not sure if the mechanics completed clicked for me. It only tries to create a loop if it enters from the side? I think I figured it out like 75% but still lost a lot. Well done!
I love this! a great puzzle game, a bit hard but so addictive, cool entry!
Nice! This is actually pretty fun, and really twists your brain around for a while until you get the hang of it. Got up to a score of 150 or so as a high score, though I wish it would at least show you what your ending score was before resetting the game...?
In any case, after some trial and error I figured putting right arrows on the left and left arrows on the right essentially just narrowed the playing field and was always a "safe" placement, so I ended up going with that strategy, to some nice success. Pretty simple game, could use a little more like music during gameplay of course, but it's a great start! Very fun.

Really good game, took me a couple of games to figure out how to play but once I did it was really fun to play
The concept's great and the game's fairly polished, with really tight mechanics and a very compelling gamefeel. There's not a whole lot I can comment on since the game's so simple - and that's definitely a strength.
I did find it a little hard to work out what qualified as a valid loop though. Sometimes a left-right pair would vanish, but an up-down pair would not. Sometimes placing a block pointing at a grey would make the grey vanish, sometimes it wouldn't. On one occasion I made an up-down-left-right loop which didn't dissapear. I don't know if the behavior I was seeing is by design or if the game is a little buggy. In either case, would like to either see the bugs fixed or the behavior better explained.
Still, game's great. Good work.

It's quite hard at first! Could use a short tutorial.
As a new player, it would had been nice to see any started sequences. Quite a few times I thought I had a complete sequence but nothing happened. Also, would have been nice if the score wasn't reset at game over so I could see what score I got
Your game is very nice to play. The general impact is positive. As a professional game dev I would suggest... just kidding haha Nonetheless, if you want to work on this project more I suggest making a difficulty incresing algorithm. Graphics - very nice. Controls are also working very well. Maybe you could also take a glimpse at my game? I already enlarged it into a wholesome Android game :)
Beautiful idea and execution, I feel like this should have been a thing already. I had a lot of fun, congrats!
Nice puzzle. I found it a bit difficult to grasp, and a slower start for begginer would have be very useful for (to really undestand what is going on). But that was interesseting The graphics (and animations) are very nice.
Great game! Very cool and interesting! :D
An enjoyable little puzzle game with a pretty unique mechanic. It took a while to figure out what counted as a valid loop, but I managed to figure it out not too long into my first game. If this game ever gets updated, I think it would be nice to have an indicator that tells you which blocks are connected.
The graphics are pretty solid, and the different colors help to differentiate the arrows at a glance. The background gives you something to look at when you're not staring at the game board, while not drawing too much attention to be a distraction while actually playing. The sound effects are alright, but it would have been nice to have some music during the actual gameplay.
