I wish there were some more gameplay mechanics here, it feel it plays too much like just matching skills with clients. Which is essentially just trying to remember numbers.

So i played 2 days of this. I will say for the genre i think it was well executed. Not my kind of game, but well executed. Writing was very descriptive and colourful. I think i might have learned a few things I didnt know i needed to learn. Congrats on a brave entry. Could have done with more art variety, but as you said your artist hurt their hand.

Omg this game is soooo addictive, and you guys has gone all the way with the gameplay too haha. I really like the game, I had to stop it before I go out and find myself a Ngoc LOL. Great job!

Is there a way to fire any of the current hookers and hire new? Or what's the whole point of new applicants? However, still spent much more time playing this as I probably should have. Maybe even thanks to your writing :) But I must agree, that this was basically just matching numbers. Graphics would work very well both gameplaywise and kinkdywise :)

At first I hoped this is some sort of medical game about human anatomy, but then I noticed the purpose of promised nudity is nothing else but stimulation of reproductive system, shame on you gentlemen. Since the game has already loaded in my browser I have proceeded to investigate it, but much against my will I assure you. With disgust I have built a successful brothel and sold off many a poor girl. On a more serious note, well done on a clever concept, but requires some love for written porn. At the same time I'm glad you didn't go graphical in a LD entry, that deserves some points.

@honey There's no way to fire any harlots and the point of the new applicants is that you have to sell off your old workers to make room for new ones.

The biggest issue for me was that clicking on a customer will remove the person he was sleeping with. It was a pain to play while having to focus on clicking on a guy that was already paired up.

Other issue, the NEXT button will pass dialogs, but will also pass on to the next day, which cost me a reset the first time I played.

Last commment: I found the game really long for a Ludum Dare format (very repetitive after the fifth day, so let's talk about the 30 day you have to go through to finish the game).

Great realisation! Easily enjoyable game, with quite some inventivness. I hope to see more of your lewd games in the future.

I played through approximately 15 days before I had to go to sleep. :sob:

I appreciate the effort that went into writing so many scenes that indicate varying levels of success! :smirk: That's pretty cool though they seemed to get repetitive quickly (Something that might be solved by having a smaller brothel, so you aren't burning through the scenes so fast.)

Like others have said, the gameplay feels repetitive and a lot about matching numbers. I think one way to easily expand on the strategy aspect would be to have a larger pool of random clients. Right now, the player always gets the same group of clients every day until they buy a girl and vanish forever. It would be more interesting to have a larger group of clients that patronize the brothel but aren't there every night. (Like, if you had 32 regular clients but only eight show up on a given day and it's randomized who they will be.) Otherwise you just end up pairing the same people over and over until they leave.

I also noticed that approximately 25% of the time, the text would tell me a girl leveled up a skill but this wasn't reflected in her stats afterward? Most of the time, it worked fine though.

One last thing! The "EXIT" button on the GUI is in a really awkward place. I was constantly reminding myself not to click it, because it feels like a location for an "OKAY/SUBMIT" button. Consider moving it to the top of the screen?

I think this idea had some potential if there was some sort of challenge to the matching, rather than just remembering who wants to do who. And as others have said, art nice, but hand broke. Overall, sorry to say, but this is a boring game, but it IS lewd... so success there

Unfortunately, this was hard to read: the text is a bit small and didn’t contrast well with the background. I was all set for some smut, but there’s not enough story here to get my engines going. I like a little buildup, a little foreplay, a little romance. When the sex is reduced to statistics, the result feels more like gonzo than erotica. Why hire new girls if there are too many already? While it doesn’t change the game, the backstory didn’t make sense. I agree with other commenters that just matching proclivities wasn’t compelling me to play. Maybe icons would help, so I don’t have to keep clicking back and forth to remember those numbers. I appreciate the artwork that you were able to include; hand-drawn is better than 8-bit pixels would have been.

The basic idea is good but it may need more mechanic (what are the money for?). The interface is a bit clunky: i think that stars instead of number could work better, also it require a couple click to many to assign clients and "servers". It would be good if the buttons for already assigned perople changed color.

This game has an interesting take on the theme for sure, haha. I agree with other commenters that some additional mechanics would be nice, but the base for an unusual yet enjoyable tycoon game is already there. :D The writing (and as a result the mood) was great, same with art. Well done!
